Everything in this hotel is warm and cosy - from the welcoming, the service and the furniture. Everywhere is clean and warm.
The food is delicious and some homemade products are served on the breakfast. The tables are being filled with fresh food all the time.
Just next to the hotel is a big store with a whole variety of food products, clothes and kids center.
The massages are really good, the salt room and the entertainment zone are really good for children and fun family time.
The SPA zone is a bit crowded in a full capacity hotel, but there were signs notifying some new SPA areas are under construction. Its really nice to see that such a good hotel is still investing and improving !
All prices are really acceptable and there is 10% discount card in the room for the mall.
Just 10mins away by walking there is a big park with children entertainment.
We loved our stay in the hotel and will definately be back !

We choose to celebrate our wedding in this hotel. That was the right decision for us. Everything was amazing. The staff were really helpful and polite. They made a relaxed atmosphere for all of the guests at the party. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. And the apartment for newlyweds which was a gifted from the hotel was wonderful. I recommend this place for weddings celebrations and not only. Many thanks to Aqua Spa team who were a good part of the most important day of our life.

My experience was in the SPA place of the hotel. I had an amazing treatment by masseur from Bali. She is very nice and friendly, with magical hands. A perfect place to relax. The staff take into account any minimal detail. They have a wide variety of massages, I chose the one with warm stones and it was magnificent.

The hotel is perfect - clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. All the staff was so friendly and polite. The food is more then excellent! We enjoy our time here! I highly recommend! ❤

It was an amazing place I have visited with my family recently. Didn’t understand why some of the people are writing low reviews as If I had a chance to give u 10 starts I would’ve done it immediately.
Let’s start with the service and the staff - 10 out of 10 . Easy to contact , whenever we asked for anything they had immediately responded and I would say we had many orders ourselfs LoL.
Secound, the condition of the rooms and all around- 10 out of 10. Excellent designs including the hygiene!
Food … 20out of 10 .. Freshly prepared, like homely made with high quality products definitely.. my daughter doesn’t it many things, but she had proper meals all the time.
Spa - very rich choice of way to relax, very posh swimming area .. and the massages are given by girls from Bali… they were proper massages as I used to try at many places including in Indonesia. Very good choice of the management!!!
There were a small mall opposite the hotel were the prices are very good and you can buy anything you forgot to get for your trip. Amazing !
Last but not least I would love to say big thank you to the owner and the management of this lovely hotel .. many thanks ! You made our holiday very special with your friendly and helpful attention!

Excellent hotel with amazing staff especially Boryana Kisyova who is always smiling , very polite and helpful. Luxury and clean rooms, the foot in the restaurant is amazing, the spa is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone!

So first let me begin with the staff, they was so kind and helpful! And the hotel is nice and clean. But let's talk now about the massage over there , this is the thing that makes me to never want to leave. I tried two types of massage, both of them was great and the massageures are very professional people and know what they are doing . Literally I had massage in many different places this is my favourite for sure! So if you have chance to go , please go you will love it!

We didnt stay at the hotel because they were booked but we had an awesome night playing bowling and pool. They offer a lot of services and have amazing coffee. The overall vibe is that the hotel is well taken care of. Hopefully the rooms are just as nice and we will be able to visit it again in the future.

It was amazing! Really nice service and people. The spa was great, and the relax massage was one of the best that i ever had. You can also play bowling with your friends or work out in the gym.

Very well maintained property. Large cozy rooms. Various services and things to do. Good spa. But so highly to recommend because of the super friendly and responsive staff. Perfect value for the price.

Everything was very nice!
✔Large room with very comfortable, king-size bed. Inside the room there was a private sauna! We used most of the services of the hotel such as gym, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, bowling and massage! We were absolutely happy and we are already planning our next getaway at this hotel!
❎The only disadvantage is that the staff do not speak English so they can not inform you about all the facilities of the hotel.

Really amazing place! We visited it for four days and this become most relaxing and maybe the best vacation we ever had. The staff was great, the room was large, tidy and comfortable and the SPA was really nice. We had a himalayan salt wall in our room which was unbelievable and creates unique atmosphere. The restaurant level is also above expectations. The food is nice, fresh and the menu is changing daily. They have real espresso machine used for breakfast which is something small but valuable for everyone who loves coffee :)) This is not the first time i give five star rating but maybe is the first time the five stars are not not enough! We are already planning our next vacation there.

I stayed there for 1 night for wedding. Its was really nice hotel. U can have a lot of activity like bowling,pool,fitness. Not far from Greece.i can recommend it.
Receptionist was helpful too and speaked well english.

Excellent from start to finish. Thank you to everyone who works there, so well run and that is what makes it. We stayed for 7 nights and I can say that it was one of the best time we had and that was down to the big and clean rooms, fantastic food, great spa and treatments rooms, entertainment was great, but what really made it special are the people- Irina- the Manager is very professional, great organizer and she makes everything looks seamless, she is absolutely amazing and always happy to help. Rosi and the receptions team were fantastic, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, always happy :). Anelia looked after us at breakfast time, nothing was too much for her.

I’m staying at it right now and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at it has a huge room with games and stuff and a lovely lobby and it’s modern style is so beautiful

Couldn’t believe there might be such a nice place in Zlatograd. The staff always happy and helpful, as soon as you walk in through the doors you feel in a posh place, the beds are amazing as in a 5 star hotel! Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Sauna was just steps away from our room. Thanks to receptionist Boryana to make us feel even more welcomed! Will visit again!

Very nice comfortable hotel close to the Greek border. I was turned away at the border because I didn't have a certified COVID-19 lateral flow test. I checked into this hotel and their fine manager and staff arranged the test and certificate and I didn't even have to leave the hotel and free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks guys 😊

Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was lovely and professional, the interior and the food were great, and so was the evening show. I’d definitely recommend and visit again! P.S. Irina was also one of the biggest reasons to make our stay full with smiles 💕

Very beautiful and tasteful place. One of the best hotels in Rodopi mountains. It's modern style balances perfectly the ethnic environment around. It's perfect for kids. It has salt room, gym, spa. At the check in we were very well accepted by the friendly and professional staff (Milena and Rositsa). The apartments are big with apliences. The bathroom is also very nice. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend the hotel

Lovely stay, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Front desk staff and parking staff - all very nice. Room just perfect, great bed and sheets.
