Nice food, relatively fast service. The views are really great. Years ago it used to be better though...
Edit: The overall quality seems to have gone up once again recently

If you are willing to drive up there, you will be rewarded with great Bulgarian food (i.e
calf tongue) and a (partly) nice view overlooking the city

Great food, very attentive personnel. Atmosphere is awesome and perfect for larger groups and celebrations. Really worth going in the summer for the view, also.
