Restaurant "Boyansko Hanche"

Very nice staff , Good food and local atmosphere.

We came in the early afternoon on a snowy winter's day, so the restaurant was pretty empty. But the service was friendly and the food delicious and the soup served piping hot, which we have found unusual. It was a nice sanctuary after braving the cold and fortified us for the rest of the day.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Preferable place for all people speaking English ( staff is accommodating) and willing to try Bulgarian cuisine ).

Nice place with kind server. We went early in the morning and they were Still opening the place. They placed a table special of us and we ordered from their soups. The meat was fresh and nice. Everything was great.

Absolutely a must go restaurant. My Bulgarian friend took me here, so this one indeed has the "local guide" stamp to it. The food is just amazing and different! The set up is very cozy and charming. You have to try the garlic bread. Believe me, I am Brazilian, therefore I know about garlic bread! Also, if you are up to really trying different, have the lamb head. Very unique experience.

Nestled in the Bosom of Sofia, in the lap of Vitosha is this magnificent homely restaurant. It felt like you were stepping on to a set of a cool movie, gently themed but not overpowering, an authentic feel.
A focus on young meats and great veggie options. A wonderful place to load up before a long trek or reward yourself after.
And the service was great too.

A great place to have a dish after a big walking tour on Vitosha mountain! We’ve just got down from Boyanski waterfall and Boyansko Hanche was on our way. You can visit before or after Boyanska church, which is one of the best sightseeing’s in Sofia!
We’ve loved the service! The waitress was speaking good English. She was polite, smiley and giving advices.
The food is wonderful! I ordered pork fillets with mustard and honey and rice on the side.
So delicious! My friends tried the typical Bulgarian cold soup- Tarator and they said that this is one of the best tarator they’ve ever tasted! Also the famous Cheese po Shopski and the kebapche are other Bulgarian dishes which you can like for sure.
If you have a way to Boyana district don’t miss to have a lunch or dinner at Boyansko Hanche. :)

Experience wild game and traditional meals with the tastiest greens available. Go often and get to know the warm friendly staff.

For our quick lunch, this place was awesome! I must admit, the prices were a bit too high, but it was compensated by the beautiful food art and service. Bravo!

Very nice food, good service. Chicken with mushrooms and typical plates. Good! Just watch out; you can only pay by cash.

It's perfect 👌 place for eating and drinking 🍻. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of things. The cheff know how to cook. There is a live music 🎶. I like that place.

Tasty food. Traditional style

One of the most lovely place for dinner. It has great fresh food, wonderful presentation and taste and all this in a real traditional Bulgarian manner.
