Really great rooms, cleaning absolutely everyday, spotless. The pool and spa area were great, warm water, great spa area. Restaurant food was ok, but better at nearby restaurants. However the morning buffet was great, a lot of choices. It is 15 minutes from Pamporovo ski area.

Rooms removated. Excellent occidental breakfast.

Delicious food! Great staff! We ate dinner and it was great. They also had live music. A lovely and talented lady sang songs in Bulgarian, English, and Spanish. We eat at Kiparis every time we visit Smolyan. Great atmosphere.

It is a definitely a good place. We stayed in 3-beds room, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, warm enough, TV with lots of channels. Bathroom is new, very modern. The best thing is the SPA,pool is salty technology cleaned. 31-33 °C. Including additional part for kids. The breakfast is also very good. I would recommend that hotel

Two-floor restaurant with very well prepared dishes (not too cheap, btw) and perfect service once again. Two-person (mediocre) live music show in the evenings - a kind of an interesting mix of Bulgarian Folk, Pop-Folk, Pop, Global Evergreens and on-demand performances.

Place with food availability, there is always a free room for up to 3 people. On the reception were very kind and they guide us through Smolyan city because of construction work on some roads. The room was big with good ventilation and the restaurant was with a lot of space and air. We stayed only one knight, but our experience was great.

Great food and great service

Amazing hotel. Very clean and really big rooms for a really low price. Plus there is a very nice spa and pool inside. The down side is the hotel is about 20 min walk from the city center. But, if you need a day to relax from all the hikes and things you so in bulgeria this is the place to be. Also there is an option to do a massage there, it was amazing.

Cozy rooms with basic amenities, a bit on the small side. Free parking, good food in the restaurant. Excellent and friendly staff. Giant puzzles exhibits on the wall in the lobby. Recommend strongly in Smolyan.

Very cozy atmosphere, clean and tidy rooms with new furniture, nice bathroom, well organized and polite staff, good restaurant, free spa center and casino as well. It's a three-star hotel but it's excellent for this price. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel, and your view will be of the mountains.
