Fantastic Hotel, we had a family room which had plenty of space, 2 separate rooms, a mini bar and a balcony. Ate in the main restaurant, the pool restaurant, the beach restaurant and the Bulgarian and Asian ones. All the food was of a high quality. Would Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel located a bit on the side of centre which brings more quiet. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools situated in nice park, well maintained hotel and rooms. Rich offer of food & drinks. Kind and helpful staff. I would definitely come again.

A very beautiful hotel ro spend a summer vacation with the family. Large cosy rooms with a great view to the hotel beach and the sea. Some issue regarding the kitchen and restaurant service can be expected. Overall a good place to come back to.

We had a week of great memories and activities here!
Hotel is very big with extraordinary pools.
Rooms are clean, big and with everything you need. Especially Family rooms are huge and great for families with two kids or even more.
Food and drinks is plenty with a wide variety to choose from.
It has a big parking lot but unfortunately it is paid worth 20 Leva / day...

You will need to reserve in order to eat dinner in the restaurants Himitsu, Sofia Gastro, Seaside Grill and Poolside Grill. I suggest to download the app (you will get if from reception) or do it manually in each restaurant. You do not need to reserve for the main restaurant (world cafe). Better to wake up early to put your towels on your preferred beach and or pool bench. You can access the beach in 5-10minute walk from the reception.

This hotel was brilliant, the staff are awesome and the food wasn't too bad. I did have a couple of nights where the cleaning could have been better in my room. But apart from that the hotel was spotless the staff are very friendly. And I have to give a big shout out to the animation team who were awesome. My daughter broke her heart when she had to say goodbye. But told her not to worry we will be coming again. The drinks were awesome too, for all inclusive you got smirnoff, Jim bean, captain Morgan, jonny walker and loads more of the good stuff. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will 100% be visiting again. The staff on entering the dining hall welcome you and they're so nice too. Also I have to add there's plenty of sun bed space as there is 5 pools to choose from. The staff, the animation team made me feel like a celebrity haha. Thank you dreams hotel for making our family holiday perfect. 🙏

Beautiful hotel with a lot od pools for everybody (for children with slides ect., to "water beds", water bar and pool for swim (one minus is that water is much colder, than in sea). Food is delicious and really lot to choose from. Service is really good, except in theme restaurants - there is just a "person" whose only skill is to ask for main dish and ask about wine: white, rose or red (cannot even said, if they have chardonnay or savignion blanc - which they could just read from bottle). After serving main dish they forget about you and don't even ask, if you want more wine - just go for it by yourself. Also I understand, that mostly those are seasonal workers, but would be great to have at least two professional bartenders, who would know, how to mix drinks, know proportions ect. - here it is looking as: let's add some of this, some of those from list and let's see, what we will get - two same drinks were looking like two different - no proportion, just "more or less" :). All the rest about this hotel and it's area is brilliant

I spent 7 days and 6 nights at Dreams resort with my family including 3 children. We had a great time although the kids didn’t sample the children’s entertainment during the day as they enjoyed staying in the pools but what we saw of it looked good. There were plenty of pools to choose from, and plenty of sun beds. The swim up bar was a great addition but the smell around that area became pungent throughout the day and was a haven for wasps. The wasps didn’t bother you, they just wanted the sugar from the drinks. There was an array of food choices and some options were there every day and others changed each day. The variety was exceptional although I personally found some of it rather bland. The mini cakes were divine. We took a walk into sunny beach and found the locals friendly but didn’t rush back to the beach as it was busy and not well maintained. The hotel was like a palace, the staff were brilliant (especially the man who operated the aqua zorbs in the evening - brilliant) and the facilities were fab, clean and modern. I unfortunately suffered from a bout of sun poisoning during my stay and had to access the on-site medical facility. The nurse in the doctors room was absolutely amazing with me and my kids - she was polite, friendly and had an excellent grasp of many languages. I received excellent care and was all better by the time we left, so thank you to the medical team. I was sad to leave the resort as it was so beautiful but I will not miss the lifts! What a nightmare during busy times such as breakfast and dinner time. Get the stairs if you can!
The on-site shop was quite pricey and the male member of staff that worked there was very grumpy but the lady was brilliant. They didn’t have a lot of stuff but had some essentials and the good old pool floaties. There is another small market across the road that sells a little more stuff, or 10 minutes walk up the road takes you to a large supermarket with a pharmacy should you require one.
I had a lovely time and could have happily stayed for another week, but please be careful and make sure you’re applying loads of suncream it is very hot!!

Beautiful hotel...spotless clean....very friendly attentive staff, food lovely and varied...only down point would be food could be a little hotter. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools. Pool area well maintained and always kept clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dreams Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated right near the beach with stunning views of the sea.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the modern amenities and the attention to detail in the room’s design. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep every night.

The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was pristine, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. There were also plenty of loungers and umbrellas available, making it easy to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel’s spa and wellness center provided a range of rejuvenating treatments and massages, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Sunny Beach.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at Dreams Hotel. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, showcasing both local and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day.

The Entertainment Team at Dreams Hotel was incredibly attentive and full of energy. I want to give a special mention to Tony and Stefan, who were always available for a friendly chat and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Their dedication and enthusiasm were commendable, and they truly deserve recognition. A raise for these exceptional individuals would be well-deserved.

Overall, I highly recommend Dreams Hotel for anyone visiting Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. The combination of excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great facilities made my stay truly memorable. I would happily return to this hotel on my next visit to the area.

One of the best experiences in my whole life. Everything was amazing, I stayed for a week and I genuinely didn't regret anything. The view was nice and the staff was very friendly! Fun activities, great food, amazing staff and much more.
The pools were very impressive, I tried every single pool there and I wasn't disappointed. The air was clean and fresh, at night you could go to the Karaoke bar and have some fun, or you can go to the activities that happen at night.
The beach was close, in my opinion and the water was warm and clean too!
I think i forgot to mention the fact that the rooms were very clean, the ladies that worked there would replace the towels with new ones every day which impressed me.
I recommend this place, lots of love from Romania!!

Beautiful family Hotel on the edge of sunny beach. Quiet and perfect located. The Hotel is big and have several pools and alot of sunbeds. We had a great stay:)

Best all inklusive we ever had!!! Cocktails are awesome and made manually. Food is delicious! 6 types of whiskey in bar!

Beautiful spacious hotel with clean rooms. The food is delicious and there are lots of choices of restaurant within the hotel as well as the main buffet. The pool area is great with slides for children. Children’s discos at night as well. Has its own beach and is a short walk to main sunny beach. We went in 2018 and are going back this year. Can’t wait!!

Hotel was very clean. We had room with the partial sea view, to the side of the right wing of the hotel. View was still amazing. Room and bathroom was spacious, nicely decorated. There was fridge and safe in room. Hair dryer and iron in the room. There are 3(or 4) outdoor pools and one indoor. Beach good with plenty of sunbeds, no need to book, or pay. Gym is small but there is enough to do the training. Not a lot of weights. Main restraint is very big and you will find there a lot to pick from. Japanese isn't great, Bulgarian was really good, worth of training local dishes. Italian had great pizza. Location of the is great, very close to Sunny Beach city centre, around 20min walk. Bus stops outside of the hotel. It's around 20min by bus to Nessenar, and about 40 min by bus to Burgas.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Everything is clean and the resort offers plenty of amazing activities. There are multiple events throughout the day with awesome animators. The food is great and you have plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely try to come again next year to experience it again.

Nice place, food can be better, but it is ok

Excellent family hotel, fantastic choice of food and great facilities. As a family with a toddler we have always been able to find plenty to keep a little one entertained with the kids club and an excellent selection of food to keep her happy. The staff are attentive and helpful. We have found little need to leave the hotel for most of the week as there is so much going on throughout the day. Only improvements are the rules regarding who uses which pool and the reservation of sun beds are not inforced at all! The speciality restaurants are worth a try and I recommend the sunbar Mediterranean restaurant and Bulgarian restaurant. The buffet at Terra has by far the greatest choice I have ever seen and surely something to please everyone. This week we have had king prawns, muscles, steak, sushi and some of the best salads I have ever had. This isn't far one of the best all inclusive hotels I have stopped at. We will be back! If you like good food, sun and relaxation do not hesitate book it....

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We visited Bulgaria for the first time and were not disappointed.

The hotel has a large beautiful area.
The water in the pools is warm.
Beach clean, good restaurant, sand clean, sunbeds enough for everyone.
The food is delicious, we visited only the Italian restaurant ( reservations must be made on arrival, free of charge)
Entertainment team was doing it's job and invited to do different activities to cheer up public.
