Hotel Sineva Beach

I arrived here on 15 july and I am still in this hotel. I want to share my personal opinion about it. I got a room very clean with a nice balcony.Everything in the bathroom was perfect.Is a big plus that my room was cleaned almost every day and also i had my towels and the bed sheets changed.The food is having a great taste and it's very fresh too.Never happened to feel bad after i ate.They also have good dessert.The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close.It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella.Another good thing it's when you are done with eating,the people who working here,are coming to clean the table very quiq. I have few suggestions as well.If is posiblle to arrange the sun beds with a litlle bit more distance between of them for more privacy and introducing a litlle bit more varietty for food and for the enterteinment.In rest everything is great here and they have a big and clean pool!

The hotel and the staff deserve all the money. The location is great, the staff (from the reception to the animation team and from the maids to the cooks and barman) is really good and doing their job properly. There were some noisy customers, from a neighbouring country, but it wasn't their fault. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is really quiet, even though the beach is about 20m from the fence, and whiting a 250 meter radius you have gift shops, grocery store and ATM too. BTW you can park your car literally near the hotel.

Everything was more than great! I just realized that I haven't shared my feedback for our summer vacation in 2021 in the hotel :) That's why doing it now.
I was amazed by the great welcome - everyone was smiling (something you can't see very often in Bulgaria). Our rooms were ready, it was all clean and neat. The food was amazing, the pool and the seaside is just a handful of steps away.
It was a great value for the sum we paid. We'll come again :)

Great hotel, with great staff. All employees speak several languages, their smiles are bigger than their faces. Great food with different cuisine every night. There is also a Bulgarian evening with traditional dishes. The animators are at the level and offer various interesting activities for children and adults. It's a paradise for children.

Clean rooms , excellent staff and an amazing view of the Black Sea! The food is magnificent and the pools are clean and maintained.

We are pleased that we chose this hotel for our vacation. Green and maintained territory, clean rooms, good service, excellent and tasty food. Perfect location. Quiet place. Each evening we go for a walk and within walking distance, you can find all you need, souvenirs, shops, groceries, etc. So a bit in detail:
Room: nice, clean and with some sea view. We wanted to change it to an inner view room (to the sea and pool) but were happy that we didn’t. Couse our room was in the east direction, after day coming to the room that is not heated by the sun is very nice 😊 we even did not use any air conditioner.
Room service: we had some difficulty that few times we had to ask for shampoo and douche gel, once after room cleaning we didn’t find any towels (cleaning lady just forgot to put them)… so we had to as them in reception…
Food: There were not a lot of options to choose from but all the food was good and tasty. Each day there were some new ways to prepare the same products – cheers to Chef.
Animation: Big cheers to all the team of animators. I envy all the energy they have 😊 if you come with kids to this hotel you can be Shure that they will be taken care of by professionals and you can calmly relax. (we were without kids but saw how they keep all the kids busy)
I want to point out two persons of this hotel first it’s the Bar/lobby manager (I didn’t get his name) he was very polite and helpful during our stay. And second is the pool bar bartender Nikolaj. The professional bartender that I really would recommend to any 5-star hotel. It was nice to chat with him each time.

The welcoming with champagne, the room with the best view of the black sea, the employees were friendly and open to service. They had lifeguard on duty. The bartender was chatty and had a huge experience. The breakfast could be better and more variety. I recommend this hotel for people with kids. The cleaning services excellent.

This is a excellent location for you and your family or friends!
The hotel is clean, well situated, with a wanderfull view but what I liked the most are the people that work there.
Starting with the gentleman from the door, that received us with champagne and offered to carry our bags, the beautiful girl from the reception that helped us every time with a smile on her face, the personal from the restaurant that is very careful but not least the animators that I absolutely adore!

The hotel is great! Everything what we need. The staff is very nice and always friendly, the place is clean and food is different and nice. I can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the same 😊

Everything is very beautiful. Everything has a fine taste. The location is perfect. From the balcony you can see Sunny Beach and Nesebar.
Personally, I would love a few medium sized trees with banches to relax at noon reading a book.
A ping pong table would be awesome.

The staff is great, especially the grill cook. Food is very good. I would like to recognize the staff who helper us with the check in, the bartender, Gabi from entertainment. The location is great!

Hotel facilities are absolutely spot on. Food is at a very high standard and outdoor swimming pools are spotless. There's a bar outside that works till very late and offers free drinks 😉.. members of staff are polite and courteous. Prima Sol Sineva is a great value for money.. Thank you.

Everything is great. The manager was extremely nice and offered us a sea-view room at no cost. Staff is always polite and at their posts. I just hope/want to come back here.Thank you!

Amazing place! You get more than you pay for. Compared to other places with similar its not even close.

I spent a wonderful week at Sineva Sol Beach. I was impressed by:
- The quality of services.
- Location. Near/above the beach.
- The quality of food in the restaurant.

Highly appreciated: the steps which are preventing against Corona virus in all regards, the staff work and its high availability, the inspiration of the chef:)).
No tips, until now.

The location is great, the staff is amazing and so kind, and the food…BRILLIANT!

Everything is perfect, except food is a bit too common on breakfast. The Internet was a bit bad in the corner rooms. Otherwise everything is perfect

Excellent place on Sveti Vlas beachfront. Almost all rooms have seaview. Good meal and very friendly staff!
