The complex which includes the thermal pools is beautifully laid out with very pretty cabins for rooms. There is a private covered thermal pool for residents in addition to the 3 others for the general puic.
Staff are friendly but we had some difficulty since we can't speak Bulgarian and they had little English. The food is good and there are many options. They have a limited breakfast ra ge but it is really good.
Rooms are clean and pretty standard. There are no toiletries though, just handsome. You get given a comfortable dressing gown for going to the thermal pools.
Based on the price and the quality, this is certainly the place to go. It's family run and you get a nice warm welcome.

Very nice place with warm pool having original stone decoration and hot bath of natural water - nice relax if use correctly with cold shower after, simply food, sunbathing, fresh air, very good emotions.

Real hot spring and affordable price.
Good value but not for everyone.
If you can’t stand the strong sulfur smell(rotten eggs smell), then this is not the place for you. Changing rooms are really small and basic. Recommend bringing your own rope/ towel and flip flops.
Multiple pools with variable temperatures. They don’t have anything cool/ cold (below 30C).

The hot therme pools are well worth a visit it was about 10 lv per person entry, It all seemed very relaxed and informal. We went twice during our week staying in Bansko (it's about £10 in a taxi each way for the 6 of us). There are 3 pool heats (a very hot pool, medium nice warm bath heat and a luke warm one), all have a tough stone finish so feel more natural than a blue tiled 'hotel' type swimming pool set up. Lots of sunlongers and warm clean changing rooms. It closed at 9pm so we went about 6pm and had a good few hours there it was quite magical being outside in a pool at night. The restaurant attached is good value (meal for 6 adults with large beers and a big jug of wine, starters, mains course and desserts was less then £70! #Note they only take cash no cards, could catch you out as it's a bit out of town to be looking for a cash point!) Drinks can be taken into the pool and are cheap too about £2 for a large beer, even though I noticed some people took there own drinks again not sure if its allowed but there was no fuss about this. Highly recommended!

Absolutely my favorite hot springs in banya both in the summer and winter. There are 3 pools with different levels of heat. The food is great and service is good even though the staff doesn't speak English I've never had any problems. You can't eat in the pool area and the pools usually closes at 8 then it's dinner time! Hope you enjoy Izgreva as much as I do

I visit this plays every couple of months and I love everything about it. The team is 5-stars people who care to serve you. Rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious. The complex is located by the forest and you can watch the sunrise from the hot mineral pool early in the morning. This is enough to keep returning. Also I noticed that they are always improving something so I respect them now even more and support them by visiting them often. Now they have even a chatbot - most of the other hotels are falling behind.

Several months later I am again here, the complex is full. I would not change a word. I watched today the owners and the staff doing many extra miles to please the guests.

Great hot springs with three pools of differing temperatures - cool, warm and hot. Staff are welcoming and the food is great (both price and taste).

Note: do not bring any external food or drinks with you. They will be confiscated.

Fantastic little gem, great prices and in the middle of nowhere which is ideal - mineral pool was class after a long day on that slopes - service is suspect but no more more then entire country - highly recommend especially as they don't have s till just the lady with black hair that sits next to the toilets.

I have only visited the hot pools and it was great. Very simple, clean and with a local feel, pools made of stones, there are showers and sun beds but you should bring your own towels. It cost only 10 levas per person.

Nice thermal pool, lined with stone for an natural feel. The pools are hot enough but offer no water jets. Smoking is allowed.

This complex punches well above it's 1star rating which doesn't do it justice. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Modern complex finished to a high standard. Neighbouring Bansko, just a few minutes away by car lovely but way over priced.

Why look any where else?

If you're ever in the Bansko area, a visit to these Hot Springs is highly recommended.
With three pools of differing temperatures, we spent nearly the whole day here.
The restaurant offer good food and cheap drink.

Very busy if your go through the people you booked your holiday through, they must take everyone at the same time which is Wednesday! So I’d arrange to go yourself so you can try all three pools, VERY cheap alcohol at the bar, however changing rooms very small!

Excellent hosts, clean rooms and amazing thermal pool. When you come back from skiing on - 15 degrees and you get in the warm water of 38 degrees while it's snowing down your face... It's priceless!!!
