I went to use the pool in the middle of the snowing season at night and the water was a comfortable temperature and beautiful lighting and view.

Great location on southern slope, sun is shining until sunset. Cosy rooms, nice big outdoor pool with hot water, excellent for colder days, you can order drinks outside. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the menu had many options to choose from. Bathrobes were thick, when you wrap yourself you can stay a bit longer outside. I would suggest putting fridges in the rooms, something small to keep few drinks cold, I like having cold water in my room.

I love this place. Very cozy and comfy. The pool at night is great for relax and having a couple of drinks. The lights with different color in the pool are really beatiful and made me feel even better and calmer.

Loved it! They have very good whole wooden interior design. This hotel is famous for the mineral pool. And once you check in there, you can use their jacuzzi, sauna and few other services for free except the massage. They also have delicious foods for dinner and FREE BREAKFAST!! During the day, we ordered iced coffee and just relaxing around the pool. Very good place for family trip or couple. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in there and have your family holiday unforgettable.

The hot pool and spa centre were great! The rooms are small, but cosy. The food in the restaursnt was pretty good, but the glasses we were served werent as clean as they should be ( marks from lips from previous use was seen on multiple glasses, not cool)

Very nice little hotel! Mineral pool that works till late. Great service - people are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant but there are few other options to eat in the village. I liked the room also - simple but elegant interior and it is clean. Def want to visit again, maybe next time during the winter 😊

I loved it there! Stuff was very polite and helpful; room was clean and warm; water in the pool was hot, which was the main reason to choose this place for our spa getaway and also you can use the outdoor pool until midnight - huge plus! Prices are good! I recommend!

Excellent value for money. Mineral water, new facilities, kind staff, descent restaurant offer. Rooms are small yet with King King size, wall to wall mattress.
Downsides:
Management kind of have some issues, like changing policies on the go... Not too big spa, inside pool is actually a big JACUZZI and most importantly, you need to walk through the restaurant in a swimming suite to get to the pool, yet, as said, recommend!

Clean facilities and fabulous thermal spa! We spent a very relaxing few hours here and were impressed. Cafe/restaurant on site. Clean changing area although it is mixed! Bring your own towel. Most of all... Enjoy!

The place was clean, the water were hot and excellent and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and cheap. Worth every Leva and strongly recommend!

The heated pool is just amazing. Breakfast is varied and efficient. The spa is also nice, but the sauna's thermostat is definitely out of order, it pointed at 70 but felt more like a 100.

After a day in the slopes highly recommended to come here. Evening time is the best time, you can have a beer and relax in the pool which is about 40 degrees hot. It's a place to stay for an hour or so, taking a taxi from bansko is about 10 minutes drive. ‏I get a locker and use the pool for an hour and a half.

It’s a great place to go to after a long day of skiing. The pool is hot and it is amazing to relax in while there’s snow around you. A must go if you are in the area.

Google coordinates are correct so it's easy to be found.
Surroundings look like a construction zone which is the downside.
The Villa itself has a very modern look and feel. Restaurant offers nice local food.
The best thing however is the outside hot pool with mineral water which is open 24 hours.
There is very nice sauna and SPA.
Rooms are small but cozy.
It's very hot inside with floor heating.

Great place for a relaxing afternoon in the hot pool. Friendly service, very fair prices (10 BGN for adults), and delicious food. (Changing rooms need better ventilation though.)

This place is very cosy and beautiful.
Everything is extremely clean inc the spa pools. The breakfast was included and the portions were massive. Very delicious as well.
Relaxing and enjoyable

This place is so amazing,we visited after a really long day through the mountains and it was spot on ,we enjoyed so much the hot open mineral swimming pool

Great place to relax and having great food. We really enjoyed the place and there service there. For 10lev you can use the hot pool and chill around. Food is from 2lev for different soups to 20lev for great meat like steaks. Fisch, Chicken, poek or a big choice of salads so everybody will find something nice too eat!

Came only for the hot springs and to eat dinner. It is definitely worth the drive from Bansko, unique experience, loved it

The place is great (part of the surroundings not so much being former industrial yard/plant) - nice and clean all wood rooms with floor heating (could be a bit too worm) and most with mountain view (don't forget the industrial yard), good SPA, nice and big outdoor pool with mineral water plus hot tube, good restaurant (local food list, a bit limited, but tasty in general). 10 minutes ride to Bansko gondola. In the outskirts of Bania next to a wood offering nice tracking opportunity on sometimes muddy roads and forest tracks. All in all a nice place to relax for a couple of days (with the kids).
