Odessos Park Hotel - All Inclusive

Rooms are clean and big, comfortable bed, good food, except breakfast, every meal is different from one day to another, our room was cleaned every day except 1 day (we stayed 8 days), staff is very friendly even if not all of them speak English. Shows for kids every day, during the day and evening. Playgrounds inside and outside. Overall, great holiday, good location and very close to the beach.
The only 2 things we did not like were the poor quality of the WiFi, we had to use data roaming and the second thing, the glasses from the beverage section in the restaurant were barely cleaned. Lip marks and grease on all of them, I had to wipe them every time. Except those, everything was clean and nice.

As a family of four (with kids aged 3 and 13), we have stayed at this lovely hotel twice now and are already planning our next stay there.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Management and reception always available and smiling. All speak good English amongst other languages and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
Rooms and the communal areas in general were clean.
We preferred the quieter pool (because of the little one) where we had access to a lovely bar service.
Honestly cannot think of anything negative to say and would definitely recommend to families who are looking for a nice stay.

In my opinion, Park Hotel Odessos is perfect for families. We stayed there with our two children and had a brilliant time.
Excellent location - walking distance to the beach and local amenities.
Rooms were good size and were cleaned daily.
Restaurant food was great - our two 'fussy eater' children had no trouble finding something to eat. Freshly made pizza was a hit!
The snack bar by the pool serves delicious fast food, snacks and cakes as well as drinks - non stop all day.
Hotel staff are very friendly, always greeting us with a smile.

Recently I was on holiday in Odessos Park. I really enjoyed my time there. The weather was amazing, hotel and rooms clean and the workers really nice. The best part of my vacation were daily activities with hotel’s animation team. My favourite part of them were morning stretching and also aquarobic with Hrissti and Marti. All of the animation team were nice and friendly, thanks to them my stay in this hotel was nicer.

PS. I want to greet the best animation team :))

I had the pleasure of staying at the Odessos hotel on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect - it's just a short walk from the beach and the city center, making it easy to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer.

One of the things that really stood out to me about the Odessos hotel was the wide range of amenities available. There was a swimming pool, a gym, and a variety of sports activities on the premises, making it the perfect spot for guests who like to stay active. For those who are more interested in relaxation, there were also options like massages and a bar. The hotel even had a separate swimming pool and a playground for young children, which was a nice touch.

In addition to the excellent facilities, the Odessos hotel also had a great animation program. There was always something going on, whether it was a movie night or a live music performance, and it added an extra element of fun to our stay.

Overall, I highly recommend the Odessos hotel for anyone looking for a successful holiday on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It's a perfect spot for both couples and families, with a wide range of amenities and a great animation program to keep everyone entertained.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week, and it was a great experience! Good food, good pool, and we were both impressed by the rooms.
The staff was mixed emotions.
In the reception you had 2 nice women, who gave you good information and was very nice, but the woman from the change booth (where you can change currency and withdraw money) in the hotel, was very rude, in body language and in bulgarian, to other staff (which we understood), laughing of us everytime we came to ask something of the reception etc..

But the best experience from staff we had was the animation crew, they were super nice to everyone, funny and really good people, always smiling and giving good energy! Because of the animation crew i give the hotel a 5 star rating!

The food is good, plenty of choices! The housekeeper was very nice, she changed the towels and cleaned the room everyday! The room key is your finger print! Fairly close to the beach! They could work more on the entertainment part!

Hit and miss with the friendliness of reception staff but majority were nice. Always professional. All other staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Food was brilliant, cooked well and a huge range to choose from. Even fussy eaters would struggle to go hungry. Pool was perfect, it was especially good having the slide area cornered off and also the tots pool. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and the entertainment team are great! So clean and welcoming and the food is fantastic. If anybody can leave a bad review of this hotel, then there is something wrong with them!
Love the fact that you can’t reserve sun beds, which gives you time to have breakfast and stroll down to the pool. There is an excellent selection of drinks and cocktails on offer and like I said before, the food is great! Always plenty on offer and of very high standard. Rooms are clean and modern and a very good size with air con.
Also a good location, literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach and shops/stalls/bars. Would highly recommend this hotel, you get so much for your money!

Nice hotel with very good food and restaurant. I've stayed here for 4 nights and all was perfect. Clean rooms, nice view, the food at the restaurant was really good and fresh, they were asking for masks and gloves at the entrance and also they were checking the body temperature for every person, the pool is nice and the staff very friendly. I will come back again for sure.

Nice welcoming hotel, rooms clean, comfortable with added touches of toiletries; hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities plus fridge. Soft towels and free use of sunbeds/pool side towels. Free WiFi throughout. Fab staff and animation team/lots of daily activities. Buffet restaurant as expected and no complaints about it from me, never went hungry. Enjoyed the theme nights. Pool bar has amazing barman. (shame the 'lifeguards' are not as diligent).

We were plesantly suprissed by the atmosphere the hotel has to offer. It's small but so so cute and clean.

I was in time when the virus (korona) domineer, but everything in hotel was desinfected. When we went to a restaurant they measured our temperature every time, and if someone has a temperature he can’t enter. The food is was delicious, and it was so many type of tasty food. Room is comfortable and furniture is new. People in hotel are always smiling and kind, that make you stay there pleasant. Location is good and the beach is maybe 5min from hotel. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel :)

Great hotel with amazing Staff. Couldn't fault the hotel.
Food as expected for an all inclusive but always hot and something different each day.
Pool was clean and empty cups were taken away. Only complaint was the uncomfy sunbeds.
Snack bar was good with a selection of foods and drinks.
Beach was only a 5 minute walk and there is a massive selection of food, souvenirs, cloths and bars.
Room was cleaned each day but no set time for the cleaner. (Sometimes they would be cleaning early afternoon and then sometimes late afternoon).
Wi-Fi was free and available for all devices around the whole hotel.
10/10 Would go back again

Our first time to Odessos Park Hotel in Golden Sands, Bulgaria and we have to say what a lovely hotel this is. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was refurbished in 2018. So is all very modern and up to date. The entrance to the room are fingerprint. Scanners so there's no need to carry a key around. The rooms have fridges, kettle so if you prefer you can have a drink in the privacy of your own room. The rooms are also cleaned daily. The all inclusive restaurant has a vast choice of foods which changes daily. The outside pool is large with lots of sunbeds, albeit there was a mad rush at 9am to get one, the only drawback for me. Towels were thrown in the sunbeds at 9am and not used for hours. I would suggest having a rule whereby if a sunbed is unoccupied for an hour the towels are removed to allow others to use them. Obviously that would be a full tim job for someone, but it would be a fairer system. All in all I still give it a five star rating.

Great. Nothing misses. Nice personnel everywhere (reception, bars, parking, pool) great services, food for all tastes, big pool separated for kids, animation with kids programs in the evenings. Everything made to make you feel good and recommend the place. And I recommend it.

Booked a week away as our 2nd holiday of the year. Found this package on TUI site very cheap for all inclusive but its amazing for the money.
Great rooms. We where fortunate to get on the 5th floor over looking the pool and could see the sea, great food, (particularly breakfast) not much queuing (hardly ever).
Staff are great, especially Polina who works the pool bar by day n main bar by night (when does this girl sleep and keeps cheerful -cheers!!)
Entertainment staff are great. Aqua Airobics every day and the holiday song n dance performed twice a day are fun.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Good location with other bars n shops not far away.

Just got back from my hols after staying 1 week in this superb Hotel in my opinion i cannot fault a thing. The food was good the room was very clean bright and very modern beds reeeeeeelly confortable. Very friendly staff i can honestly say i dont remember ever having such a good holiday. A really big thank you to Yassin Joleen & vicky the animation team for making our stay there so special they were absolutely fantastic love them to pieces. Would like to go back again...

Just returned from this hotel today we had a amazing time the hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly our room was cleaned daily. When I booked I was told this was a 3 star plus it was a definite 4 star and ideally located for bars, beach, shops and restaurants, we will definitely be visiting again next year.

Great week at the hotel. Staff really attentive, good food, location lovely. We don't go back to the same hotel twice as a rule but would have no issues if we went back again :)
