The absolute worst kind of people that you will ever come across. I would give 0 stars if that was a possibility. Extremely, extremely rude and entirely unhelpful.

I went in to apply for a bank account and got told they’d contact me when the application was processed, they did not. When I went in after 2 weeks they said come back next week. When I went the following week, they told me you can’t have a bank account here, I asked why, and they told me “just because you can’t.” Exact quote.

Avoid at all costs, an absolutely disgraceful branch that not only has people with awful customer service skills, but also makes me question their character in their personal life. This has driven me to avoid postbank altogether. End rant.

До м. Февруари когато бяха старите служителки предпочитах да ходя в този клон. Сега положението е много зле. Изключително бавно, неорганизирано. Не спазват разпоредбите и оня ден поне 20 мин. на едното гише стоеше клиент без маска.

човека да чакат втора не се отваря....няма как да ползвам услугите ви повече...въпреки че непрекъснато предлагате кредити ...
