Atlas Hotel

I liked the hotel very much. Whole staff was great, very receptive, room was cleaned daily. Animators were also extraordinary, having interesting activities also for adults and children. I was especially impressed by the restaurant where on the first day we were served baked lamb, and daily they had oat bran for breakfast (together with common oat and cereals, pancakes, etc.) and sweeteners together with common and brown sugar (especially interesting for those on Dukan diet). In rest everything was also super - bars, clean pool. And, finally, a great view from the balcony - sun rising above the sea. I would come back for sure.

Pros:
-plenty of food, any time of the day. Tasty and quite diverse
-cosy room, bigger and better decorated than expected. Bathroom was good and the balcony was spacious
-very friendly and helpful staff
-animation team is superb, plenty of pool and field activities, very involved in their job, they were probably the best part of my stay
-hotel is relatively quiet, despite being adjacent to multiple nightclubs. Good location too, there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other venues all over the place
-good place for kids. There is a kiddies pool, slides, workshop, animation team, and other fun activities for your children
-we booked early September, therefore we got a great price for our stay

Cons:
-parking space is extremely limited. Our stay was near the end of the season and we had to pay 10 leva a day for parking. Nearest one was 300 metres away. Do not leave your car on the street unattended or it will be lifted in no time!
-pool is relatively small and shallow, gets really crowded after breakfast and lunch. sunbeds are hardly "sun" as the place is encircled by tall trees and thus 50 percent of the area is under a constant shade. Very gloomy place, no good for tanning. This could be a plus for those who don't like the sun.
-drinks were of poor quality
-hotel looks a bit worn out, probably hasn't been renovated in years.
-only two elevators, and they were next to each other so quite useless. if you are on a lower floor i suggest using the stairs

Overall it was a great experience. The pros heavily outweigh the cons. We got a real bargain and we were very happy at the end. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with their kids. And will consider returning here next year.

Good value for money, good staff, good facilities. Tip. Do not book from Bulgaria. Book through tour operator to het best deal.
