While traveling in the area I had a mechanical problem, called in and staff were super friendly and fixed derailleur issues in 15 mins. Happy customer. Got some cool socks too!

Totally wrecked on their rental bike. Bent their bike rack. No charge. Offered to pay, they refused payment and said “these things happen.”
