Great beer, very surprising modern decor and feel to the place. The view of the surrounding countrywide was amazing. Definitely worth it to get to this little spot.

Just had an incredible experience at Paul's Bar Bernard, a haven for beer lovers and vegetarians alike! Whether you're a seasoned hop-head or just starting to explore craft brews, their knowledgeable staff is happy to guide you.

But it's not just about the amazing beers. They offer delicious vegetarian dishes that pair perfectly with every sip. The food was fresh, flavourful, and catered perfectly to my dietary needs.

Overall, Paul's Bar Bernard exceeded expectations. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a unique and satisfying experience!

A dream of a place with great views over the hop planting fields, excellent beer and good quality food

The food was amazing and service great. My small note is to perhaps reconsider the portion sizes for the stoofvlees — or perhaps add a note that the portions are for 2-3 people.

Excellent service and the food quality was fantastic as well. The waiter was really knowledgeable and helped what was my 50th Birthday lunch a lovely experience. Will definitely be back in a few months from our next trip from The UK.

Just bought beer here, was not able to get a reservation for dinner, but will plan better next trip out to Belgium.....almost France. Excellent service and world class beers

Great place. Great beer. The Bar Bernard is on the top floor, with a big terrace, overlooking the surrounding region with a 360 degrees panoramic view. Very friendly table service. Child friendly. Good quality food, served in large portions. Nice modern interior design.

Before you go to the bar, you can always enjoy a tour in the brewery. The bar is big, very good for big groups of people. Food is great and people are friendly. The view over the Flanders Fields is really amazing from the terrace.

Love Bar Bernard! Easily accessible by car and fun to go to be bike. Great views, great food and drinks and great service!

Chic and modern restaurant bar. The food here is very good, we had the Stoofvees or beef stew, and the meat melts in your mouth. The fries were freshly made and crispy.

For the beers, we had the oaked Abt 12 and it was phenomenal. It was akin to drinking wine even. You should try at least the regular Abt 12. St Bernardus was the formal contract brewer for St Sixtus and the Westvleteren 12 beer. There is certainly some resemblence between the 2 beers.

Ambience-wise, the restaurant is the highest building in the area, and offers a very good view of the surrounds, including the brewery's own hop fields. I can imagine it will be very beautiful during sunset.

Service is fast and attentive. Staff speaks some english.

Would definately come back again.

Really worth a visit. It's located at the very top of the new St Bernardus Brewery building with views across the hop fields and countryside. Not only is it an interesting building, the food and staff are also first class. All that, along with the full range of St Bernardus beers, makes for a compelling reason to visit.

As always this place is like heaven, the view is amazing, the food is out of this world and of course the drinks are like no where else. The St bernardus Christmas is the one to order. The only small negative thing is the staff. Kinda slow and not very happy to be there.
Overall it is a great place, with friends or family it is the only place you will ever need

A very nice 360 degree bar with nearly all of their beers on tap! Very friendly and helpful staff.. The food was great! And sooo much of it for a reasonable price!
