Very good value for the money. Check-in went very smooth and is also possible at night through the machine. The rooms are nice, efficient and clean. Shower Gel and towels are provided. The breakfast is well worth the money, as it offers a wide variety of coffees, cereals, bread, cheese, ham, pancakes... I stayed here at the start of my holidays on my way South and would not have guessed this was the best accommodation during my holiday!

Smart, modern example of the Ibis Budget chain. Rooms are above average size with plenty of space. Ours was clean and tidy. Location is great - loads of facilities nearby, but also really quiet overnight. Breakfast buffet is good quality too, with plenty of choice. It's one of the best Ibis Budget hotels we've visited.

I had a splendid stay here. As one would expect, the room was well appointed and clean, with a small table to work on if required. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. During the evening, I made the short walk across the road to Le Royal Givet restaurant, which provided an excellent oriental meal.

Clean and quiet. With a couple of supermarkets nearby and a microwave available for guests. Free parking as a bonus.

Great stay overall. I am familiar with the ibis brand, and I was afraid to try this one due to the other comments but it was really on-point.

Staff was lovely, and available 24/7. We checked in around 11pm and the receptionist was very nice and took the time. Same in the morning; the lady at the reception was an absolute love.
The room was good and simple, as you can expect from ibis budget. Toilet is separate from the bathroom; bed is comfy (pillow a little thin but oh well) and there was even room to take in our 2 bikes that we didn’t want to let in the car for the night.
The smell of the grilled bread woke us up. How dreamy is that?? Breakfast was good and plenty; bread, pain au chocolat, croissant, brioche, 2 different types of jam, 2 different butters, at least 4 cheeses and even fresh oranges and apples, among loads of other foods. For €7 per person, it’d be a shame to miss it.
They have a food vending machine that you can use cash or card for, and the hotel is right next door to a Lidl if you need anything.
There is loads of space to park. They even have an electric vehicle charger in the back; we didn’t know how to use it (it is from Tesla) so we woke up with no battery but to no fault of the hotel at all. The Lidl also has EV chargers but they did not work, so take your precautions if you’re with an electric vehicle.

Nice large clean room with a view. Friendly staff, we loved it.

Really nice place, staffs won't be available late in the night so make sure you arrive within the time there are available. And even if you arrive late, don't worry, there is the automated key dispensing machine

Clean efficient and relatively cheap

Proche du centre-ville (5 min en voiture), à quelques minutes à pied du centre commercial (y compris fast food, wok, etc.) et de Rivéa. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont très propres, bien isolées et fonctionnelles (avec WC séparé de la salle de bain). Le petit-déjeuner (buffet à volonté) est bien varié et réapprovisionné.

Séjour parfait. Nous nous sommes rendues à Givet pour une compétition de gym et l'hôtel est situé à 3 min du gymnase, donc idéal. Peu de solution pour manger dans la zone (un restaurant chinois et un Mac Donald) mais j'ai remarqué que l'hôtel proposait des plats à réchauffer au micro-ondes ainsi qu'un service de pizza cuite sur place.

Alleen jammer dat het management het blijkbaar niet geregeld kreeg om een kudde hertjes door het landschap te laten huppelen tijdens het ontbijt-met-panorama ;-)

Séjour agréable dans votre établissement,la chambre a repondu a mes attentes, quand au personnel rien a dire très sympathique, c'est toujours un plaisir d'être reçu dans votre établissement, je suis arrivé le soir la demoiselle de l'accueil est très professionnelle a l'écoute et a su répondre a nos besoins avec gentillesse et ce malgrés l'heure tardive le sourire était au rdv.

Réservation d’une nuit, chambre propre.
L’accueil a était parfait! Jeune homme souriant, serviable et à l’écoute.
Petite point négatif, le confort du matelas qui est assez dur.. mais dans l’ensemble c’est un bon hôtel.

Net over de grens in Frankrijk, super centraal gelegen om een weekendje ardennen te plannen tegen een veel schappelijkere prijs dan België (dinant, grotten van han, vele wandelingen, natuurpark, ...). Je spendeert niet veel tijd op hotel dus meer heb je ook niet nodig. De kamer was proper op een leeg waterflesje na, ik ben over het algemeen altijd wel vrij te vreden over Ibis. De hond mag mee wat een plus is om je viervoeter niet te hoeven achter te laten thuis. De ontvangst is er wel wat anders, er is niet altijd iemand aanwezig en dit is niet heel duidelijk bij het boeken. Maar zeker wel vriendelijk onthaald met voldoende uitleg. Wij komen terug!

Niemand wist hoe die functioneerde. Gelukkig op parking Lidl mogelijkheid tot laden EV.

Propre, bien situé, personnel agréable et souriant.Petit clin d'œil à Leslie qui était au petit déjeuner lors de notre séjour.
