Le Café Ardennais

The place is quite big, we were able to find a table for 2 without a reservation on a Sunday evening. The specialty - beef steak on hot stone is delicious and fits well with the sauces offered. Service was friendly and the overall atmosphere very relaxed. In addition, this restaurant is across the street from the station, so very convenient if one needs to catch a train.

Very polite and helpful stuff. We ordered four main dishes and everything was very tasty. Generous portions of food as well! If you are lucky to sit next to the big window, there is also a nice view of the river, the city and the cathedral. Highly recommended!

Pleasant, modern and spacious restaurant with a beautiful view of the old town. Service was friendly and attentive. Waiting time for the food was completely adequate, since it was freshly prepared and it was delicious. I will return for sure when visiting Dinant again.

Steaks are reasonably priced. Great to have it on a ‘hot stone’. Affords a nice view of the river while dining. Servers were also attentive and polite.

This is our favorite spot in Dinant. The cafe overlooks the scenic Meuse river. They have 'pierre chaud' where they bring a hot stone and you can cook your own beouf, poulet, ou scampi. They have a great staff and were able to seat a table for 8. Bon appetite!

The staff was very friendly and the food was quite good. I tried the chicken that you cook yourself on a hot stone and it didn't take very long to cook. The prices are not too high.

Great service and perfecr food. We had the stone grill fish and stone grill meat wich was a lot of fun to do, and the quality was great as well. Desert was also lovely
