My first bite of a "wonderful" chick parm, fried gristle, my 2nd bite was ok I guess, my 3rd bite...more fried chicken gristle. The one chunk of chicken that was tender enough to eat was so large I had to take if off the sandwich and cut into smaller pieces until I hit the gristle again! Wish I had my $10 back. Oh and by the way, no slaw or chili for the hotdogs...which is what I really wanted....just cheap packaged ketchup & mustard. There may be pride in everything the do....just not sure if it involves their food truck. Never again.
