Minnewater Park

If you’re a history buff, romantic at heart, love a good fairytale person like me, you will love this beautiful piece of historical Heaven. All my dreams came true when I walked through the arch into the park.

A beautiful park in a beautiful city. There is so much about visiting Brugge that is so good, and strolling around this park is one of them.

Love the tranquility and serenity this place offers. So calm and peaceful

The Lake of Love is one of the most delightful places in Bruges for a romantic stroll. A serene escape from world! It's situated in the south of our city. An even more idyllic atmosphere is created by the swans on the lake. The bridge leads to the beguinage, unesco world heritage since 1998.

What a beautiful, elegant park. Be ready for taking pictures and selfies. kids can go wild here.

A wonderful place in an amazing village, loved it!!

Fantastic and moving. It is currently under renovation, but still worth the visit. I recommend getting there at least 45 minutes before the Ceremony.

Beautiful park, scenery and picturesque.

Lovely place for a leisurely stroll along the canal. You can sit down under the shade of a tree besides the canal and just relax!

Not too crowded as other parts of the town tends to be.

So beautiful and serene locality. Feels like you have time travelled to the 15th century, since the vibes are from the medieval era.

An incredibly pleasant and beautiful park to pass the time in

Favorite spot to walk and relax. Grab a cup of tea or coffee from somewhere close and come here for a lovely view of the canal, all the swans swimming freely and horses resting, drinking water nearby. Definitely a must visit!

A beautiful peaceful effect on the town the canal with its fairytale houses along the way. The vegetation must be spectacular in Summer.

This park next to the river is an eye feast. Romantic, pleasant and peaceful. The park looked like the nature's native place. The architecture of the buildings and the views of the city from the park can be once in a life time experience.

Very tranquil and romantic

It is a lovely quiet area. We visited the church and walked around where the nuns live.

A place of calm and quiet. Find a corner in the shade out of the tourist fray and imagine life at an earlier time. The swans float on the lake and the weeping willows brush the water. One can imagine it was a lovely place for the women who lived in the beguine.

Very beautiful spot in bruges. I know there're many, but it's a nice walk to the city center. Passing the beguinage (is this the correct english word?).
