Olivier's Chocolate Shop & Bar

We got Olivier's as a tip from our city guide and were very grateful for it!

There is a very special selection of hot drinks - from different coffees and various hot chocolates to an individual selection of teas - so there is enough for everyone!

The chocolate in the shop is, of course, amazing! (And my impression was that the prices here were not as ridiculously high as in some of the shops on the main tourist streets.)

The staff were also very friendly and made us feel completely at ease! A visit to Olivier's is definitely on my list for my next visit to Bruges!

At first glance, the outside area looks quite inconspicuous. But when you enter the store you are positively surprised!

Large counter with a huge selection of homemade paralines and sweet specialties! In the back you can sit very comfortably - very nicely decorated!

We really tried a lot... everything was delicious! Unfortunately, you can't see the orange with chocolate in the pictures! So delicious! You have to taste it!!

There is also a large selection of drinks. Everything at fair prices!

The owner is also super nice and takes the time to answer all questions.

If we ever come back to Bruges, we'll definitely be back!

The best coffee and hot chocolate in town! All the drinks come with a chocolate candy made by them. Also, the staff is amazing. And their sweets have better prices than other chocolate shops. Keep going, Olivier! 🤗

Olivier's was recommended to us by someone at the Choco Story Museum and what a recommendation it is. Amazing handmade chocolates at a fair price (€44/kg). Silky smooth rich hot chocolate (far better than The Old Chocolate House and the best latte my partner remembers having ever!

Lovely! Bruges is obviously full of gorgeous chocolate places but I love this one. It's a proper shop and bar, with seating both outside and inside so you can choose depending upon the weather. I came here three years ago too and it's still just as fantastic now.

Should surely be ranked among the top-5 establishments for hot chocolate in Bruges! Lovely variety and very tasty chocolates too. Service is always friendly and with a smile. Highly recommended!

So glad we stumbled across Olivier's, such a nice place in Bruges to take a break and enjoy some treats. The speculoos hot chocolate was the best hot chocolate we have ever had and I'd definitely recommend picking up the chocolate covered orange slices.

What a place, owner was a delight even though you could see how busy it was. Loved chatting with him & the young woman behind the counter.
Me & My partner stopped the day before but decided to come back the next day for a coffee and for me to clear the Praline seashell shelf.
The chocolates are unreal, I'm limiting myself to one a day in hope they'll last as long as possible! Please deliver to Kent!! :D

Fantastic mocha (their special hot chocolates item). Was given complimentary chocolate with my drink. Love that they have seats to enjoy the drink and chocolates as well.

One of the highlights from my short trip to Belgium was discovering this place! Im a big chocolate fan and wanted to try a nice hot chocolate. Such a great atmosphere and tried the dark hot chocolate. My boyfriend who isnt as keen on choc then me, had the white hot chocolate and even he found it gorgeous! Loved the presentation of it and that we added it ourselves. Such a cute and cosy place. Staff were very friendly and was just what we needed from the cold outside. Ended up buying some of the amazing chocolate they had on display. (Big bag of the hot choc pellets to try and Mellocakes) In the future would defintely come here again as it was such a unique and great experience for my early birthday trip x

The best place in Bruges to try chocolates and drink some coffee. You can also take coffee and ask they put in caramel, moccha, cookies,...

They serve you very kindly and the vibes are high!

The place is very nice both inside and outside. They have great chocolate and hot drinks,and the service is superb!!!

Amazing handmade chocolate. Best I've had. Keen tip - choose basic flavours. If you have something like limoncello - don't get me wrong it's still great - but it overpowers the chocolate and it feels like you are eating a candy + a piece of chocolate. There's a reason why basic favours such as nut, caramel, and vanilla are so enduring as it complements the chocolate. I loved the salted caramel.

Very nice hot chocolate, we went for the speculaas one which was really nice. Will try the other flavours next time. The two girls working their were really friendly as well, quick service and very clean toilets as well.

Gorgeous hot chocolate (speculoos one was so nice), really friendly and helpful staff and having a chocolate paired from the shop with our respective drinks was lovely. A great place to relax or escape the rain

Had coffees and truffle here. Only place in Bruges that serves complementary water and a praline with your coffee!!!!
