Could not find anything wrong with this hotel. The rooms, staff, service and location are all excellent. The breakfast also has a wide variety of choices, even make your own waffles. 5*

A perfectly located hotel in Hasselt. Very service minded staff who are on their toes for you. The restaurant offers a wide menu that suits everyone. The rooms are to your complete satisfaction. Book a room here and you are guaranteed to be satisfied.

Really liked the rooms and location. Service at the reception was great. Had a difficult time at the restaurant with wrong orders. Breakfast was OK but could have been much better.

I am here on business and it was a awesomefeeling and eye appealing view of the room interior design.

Breakfast is included but Parking is not or processed at the counter. Pay at the parking garage kiosks available in multi languages.
Reservations are recommended for breakfast and it is worth getting up and eating breakfast. 😋

Closet is a bit small for long term visitor and no pull out drawers in the closet.
Overall I am very happy with the room, hotel and restaurant.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. DiDi at reception is great and ever ready to help. Everyone at the hotel had a smile on their face. The room was clean and spacious. This hotel being Dog friendly was an additional plus. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back.

Overall good hotel. Stayed 9 nights , good breakfast with quite standard choice with eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, beans and fried egg. Have swimming pool , sauna, small gym. Rooms are modern and well equipped. Cleaning service is really good too.

Great hotel in the center of the town with some top restaurants in area. Very good size of the room, very comfy bed, warm atmosphere. Very helpful staff. I enjoyed staying here it was top choice for business travel.

Nice clean and friendly service, didn't expect otherwise from a Holiday inn resort.. The buffet breakfast was very good! Pet friendly hotel and relaxing indoor pool. Beautiful city center with tons of delicious restaurants to discover. Good shopping area.

Marvellous experience: plenty of (paying) underground parking space with an elevator straight into the lobby of the hotel, fast and hassle-free check-in, clean and very spacious room with king size bed and lots of light, lovely view on the marina, large bathroom with a great shower, and a delicious, extensive breakfast buffet to boot. Very welcoming staff, kept the breakfast area going like clockwork seemingly without effort. Top notch location, right next to the quay with plenty of trendy shops, restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the city center with many more options for shopping, eating and drinking. My only regret is not trying the swimming pool, but I'll happily return to do so 😊

Very clean, easy to check in. No language barrier. Loved it. Enjoyed our stay here quiet. Parking is under the hotel it’s €17 for 24/7. Lots of places to eat and shop.

This hotel is well situated in the city center and the blue quarter. (Marina) the room was big and spacius with 2 type of showers. There was renivation ongoing but it was well organised and we had noise disturbance. Nice little pool to swim and small fitness. All well arranged for corona. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. If we can give advice parc on the "astrid" parking at 5 to 10min walk, its way cheaper then the city undrground parking. Nice brasserie and terras as well

Comfortable, clean room with bathroom. King size bed with a great mattress. The tea service with a water boliler, iron and the desk inside the room. High level standard, kind and helpfull reception staff. Rituals... cosmetics in the bathroom makes you feel that the hotel takes real care of your comfort. You can get a sleep and rest in a fantastic place!

My wife and I frequently return to this hotel, just for a bit of relaxing. Great food and overall service, end-to-end. Modern rooms right in the center of Hasselt. The "brassiere" de Boulevard provides an excellent choice of food both for a quick meal or a full dinner. Sauna, fitness center and swimming pool are available. All precautions against COVID-19 are strictly applied

I would take half a point off for the shower. The design is a Health & Safety issue. There is nothing to take away the slipperyness of the shower tray (disposable eco) you could easily slip. Then the glass partition allowed loads of water on to bathroom floor creating another slip hazard. So actually maybe a full point off.

Had an excellent night at the Holiday Inn Hasselt. Room was neat, clean and had a great shower. One of the best Holiday Inn’s that I have stayed in so far!

I do think this is the best Holiday inn I have stayed at - and there has been quite many of them. Nice quiet room - very good breakfast. And brilliant staff!

Really nice hotel, ideally situated for Corda Campus where we were hosting an event.

Directly nearby several good food restaurants including vegan options, and walking distance from public transport.

Nice, well sized rooms and great facilities, just a shame that the gym was only open from 830am and you had to book a slot due to covid rules, making it impossible to use during our stay.

There is interesting places to visit, like Jenever museum and Modamuseum.

Our 3rd stay in this hotel. Always a great experience. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly service, good breakfast to start the day. Dinner in the restaurant is good as well. We will certainly stay here again in the future.
