Very good customer service, I had bought a Nest Thermostat and it broke 1.5years after purchasing date, Coolblue replaced my unit with a brand new one. Without any hassle.

Extremely friendly employees who go the extra mile in helping you out, and occasionally crack a good joke. Not all products are on display in the showroom, but that doesn't mean they're not available. You can ask an employee and/or check their website/app if they have a product in stock. Coolblue might now always have the lowest prices, but this is compensated with excellent service.

I visited the store a few weeks ago. Everything was well organized. I explored many sections for a considerable amount of time out of my tech curiosity, and noone intervened.

I am especially a fan of the living room experience they created all the way in the back of the store, where in a separate room you can try out different sound bars with different movies or concerts displayed on TV. Very well thought, realistic and smoothly implemented detail. In this sense the store offers exactly what you would expect from a physical store.

For information on product specifications, in the website everything is laid out in full detail, almost in an educational manner. So, if you need any technical information it is best to consult the website instead of expecting the staff to give you perfect answers. Website is accurate enough.

The store visit was a very good experience. I have no experience with a purchase yet, but it can be best to check out the products in the store and then perhaps give an online order, which always works like a clock.
