This is the best hotel in all of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have traveled around the whole world from America and stayed many nice places. I have also traveled all around dhaka. The people here, the food, the rooms, the service, the location, ALL are 5 stars.

This place will take very good care of you. I was put up here by my company for a work trip and the staff was amazing! They are by far the nicest people I have ever met. They make an effort to learn your name and are incredibly personable. They even helped me organize a trip to Sylhet during my off-time. Even though this was my first time to Dhaka, I strongly recommend this place given the value you get for your stay.

I didn't stay there just went for a hotel visit. Rooms and washrooms are quite bigger and well decorated. Most interesting thing is all category rooms have bathtub and shower cabinet both facilities in the washrooms.

Didn't stay, had dinner with family at Taste... Food was okayish. Nothing great in comparison to Intercontinental or Radisson blu...but dessert was above average. Their staff, specially the male in charge of pasta station preferred serving foreign guests rather than us Bangladeshis. i.e. we ordered pasta for our child and he took over 70 mins after repeatedly asking 4 times. However, rest of the floor staff was friendlier in comparison. The staffs in charge of Ramen/dumplings station was rude to my wife as well.

Stayed for a day in the pleasant and luxurious environment of this hotel on business. Very modern and spacious room. Moreover, I really liked the place where satar is cut. The food served was very nice and delicious. Although the cost is a bit high, but not too much considering all the benefits.

Had conference in there Ballroom.
Got 2 seminar room in 1 floor.
Buffet was good.

The hotel is in a very prominent place in the city. The stuffs are nice and friendly. The place is clean and their lobby food court is open past midnight. Rooms are nice.

Rooms are good and the bed is comfortable. Here drinks are available of branded company. Last year we arranged a training session in convention center.

The westin hotel is one of the renowned hotel in Bangladesh and its foods are must try. I personally enjoyed westin foods very much. Its khir, faluda and beef items are must tried. If you want to stay its also comfortable. Its pool side burbye q and shirmp just wow! The hard drinks also recommended.

The staff are generally friendly. I was impressed that the housekeeper organized things to reflect my style during my 6-night stay. Monira at the security checkpoint always greeted us cheerfully and was very helpful as she gave us detailed explanations of the hotel area after work.
