Jolshiri Central Park

A wonderful park in the midst of Jolshiri Abashon project. There are several recreations for adults such as boat riding, maze and many kinds of recreations for kids such as swing, slide, spider rope, pirate ship, trampoline and more. There is also a clothing and accessories shop called 'Probahika'. A hobbit house can easily be seen. The most interesting of all I found there was the Maze. A unique structure made to be enjoyed a lot. Boat riding is also available at different costs for different boats (the price given in the pictures). Also saw an artificial waterfall and that was truly amazing. There is a restaurant inside the park that looks like an igloo called 'Brew Splash'. Since it's an ongoing project that's why the roads to this park are not in good condition and in fact so much dust around. By the way, It's a nice park to spend leisure time and for recreation.

Excellent place for kid's and family to have fun and relaxed together out of city noise.
They have moderate arrangements for children to enjoy and pass quality time. Some big and modern slides set up with quality products.
Kids can enjoy all of them free for unlimited time.
They boat ride for full family, though riding time is short but Kingfisher boat is high quality boat to enjoy your moments.

Vast area of open field where kid's and family all can have some fun times together.
Maze garden is really fun and big enough to get you lost and excited with quality time.

Over all area is very neat and clean with nice environments, definitely will give some quality time with kids and families.

Nice place for kids and adults. There are certain spots that are set up with chairs and tables to be the perfect picnic spot for families.
The park is huge with lots of variety in decorations and props. Kids can explore for days without getting tired and adults can walk around.
There is a maze which was just amazing and quite unique.

One of the best places currently in Dhaka city for city dwellers to have some fresh breath of air and also spend a whole day outing. You can go their with your full family and spend the entire day for picnic or just for fun for the kids. The kids will love it for the games and open spaces, the girls will love it for taking pictures and foods and the guys will love it for just hanging around.
The only drawback is the civilian parking spot which is quite far away from the entrance. If you have elderly people with you or small kids, it is better to drop them off at the entrance and then go and park your car.
Entry fee is a little expensive, but you get to enjoy the whole day there.
Friday is reserved only for military personnel.

The park seems beautiful, mind freshening and large. Scope of buying food inside is great. No options to keep bicycles with while walking in the park.

Its an amazing park for family time. But I'm pretty sure wont be that amazing in the hot summer days. There are walkways, bridges, ponds, lakes, fountains, tree houses, maze, boats and so much greenery! Tickets are available outside the gate. Theres a discount for defense personnels.

Excellent place to visit. I'd suggest you to go there for a whole day trip. I really loved the environment. It is so scenic and peaceful.

Nice place to spend time with family. It's a park, which is great for family picnics. Kids can enjoy roaming around and playing.

If I say something, I must say you should visit at once. In dhaka there this is the perfect place, where you can spend whole day with friends and family with kids. Very neat and clean environment.

Nice place to hangout daylong with friends and family. Entry 200bdt. Parking 20/- per hour. 10am-17:45pm during weekdays. Friday only for Army personnel. Food available inside. Parking available on payment. Wear walking shoes.

Excellent place for family picnic. The entrance ticket costs 100 per person. For Defence Personnel, 6 guests (including himself) is allowed for free. The place has ab excellent view. Ideal for family picnic. Parking space is also good. The cafe is also good to spend quality time. The Sunset view is also excellent here. Jolshiri Central Park located in Rupganj, Narayanganj, a little away from Dhaka, is mainly a housing project, and Jolshiri Central Park is located in sector 21 of this housing project.

Nice place to visit with family, kids play area, boat ride around the lake! The best thing is that it may be the cleanest park in Bangladesh, the ticket is 100 taka for general and 20 taka for military, and there is a restaurant, don't forget and don't eat without asking the price.

You have to go back a little early and prepare to return before Maghrib, because there is no locality next to it and vehicles are not available, you have to depend on autorickshaws and the fare increases after evening! Those who have a private car have no say, bike and safe!

Visited Jolshiri Central Park in last month. As I have served in initial days, so seeing such wonderful park at the center, I was speechless. Everyone should visit the Central Park and keep minimum half a day for enjoying natural beauty, scenic beauty blended with appropriate artificial equipments and objects. If you want to spend time with nature, breathing fresh and enjoy quality time with family, Jolshiri Central Park is the right place to be conquered.

this is a very beautiful place for family hangout and also there is a huge playground for childrens with different activities. the park is well maintained and very neat and clean. the entry fee is 200 Taka which is little bit higher and this is open everyday except Friday.
on the other hand there is a Boat Ride you can try in the river and also there is restaurant but the restaurant food price is much higher.
I have visited they are with my family and my family feel very good they are with their environment.

Very nice place . Entry fee Tk 200. Up to age 6 free. There are many rides to inside the park. The park is very neat and clean. Very fine place for the childrens.

Nicely decorated place to enjoy outing, specially for kids. It's a central park for well planned Jolshiri Abason Prokolpo- an initiative by Bangladesh Army. This place is accessible for civilians through ticket. Has Hobbit house, maze, kids slider, lake side coffee house, open theatre space, boat riding and many more recreational options.

This place is very well organized, Good for visiting with family & kids. The place is open to the public every day except for friday. The entry fee is a bit high in my opinion (200 BDT per person), There's a boat ride which costs 500 per ride ( up to 10 or even more persons, higher the better cause cost is 500 even for a single person).

Very nice place away from monotonous city life. Entry ticket costs 200 which is very cheap and plenty of parking spot. But thet park is very nice. Better to visit during the day as the connecting road is very isolated. Overall a decent place for a day trip. Recommended.

The army officials deserve much credit for constructing the fantastic facilities we now enjoy. Even though the landscape is lovely, I think it would be a good idea to include diverse tree species and build several cottages by the lake so that curious people can spend the night. It would be fantastic if there were a few more kiddie rides available.
