The Board of Directors of Southern Automobiles Ltd. conceived the idea for set-up of CNG Conversion Center and CNG Re-fueling Station in April, 2000. Accordingly the company Southern Automobiles Ltd. was registered with the registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Bangladesh on 1st February 2001. After In-corporation with Joint Stock Company, Southern started the CNG business on 12 November, 2001 as per the approved by the Energy and Mineral Resource Division, Ministry of Power Energy and Mineral Resources, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, vide letter No. EN&MR (op-1) CNG/BPC-12/2001 dated 08 July 2001.

Southern’s Activities in Bangladesh CNG Market:
Country’s First and the largest private CNG Conversion Workshop owned by Southern Automobiles Ltd. was formally inaugurated on 12 November 2001. Southern also started the CNG Re-fuelling station in Dhaka on 16 December 2002. As a part of going development project southern expanded its CNG activities in Chittagong, Sylhet, Moulvibazar and Manikgonj.

This is very big fuel & gas station. Very Popular Refueling station at Tejgoan I/A . All type of fuels are available here (octane, diesel, Lpg, Cng ). they accept multiple payment options like cash , Bkash and accepted all type of cards and no extra charges applicable. Fuel quality is good. They have only one machine for bikers thats why always long queue for bikers.

Best Fuel Pump in Dhaka without any doubt. They have Card payment which is more advantage for every bank card holder and the fuel is too good for vehicle. every time i got the highest mileage when i fill my bike fuel from Southern Pump but the only things what they need to upgrade that, they have only one fuel kiosk for bike. they should add at least 2 fuel kiosk for bike. without this all is good
