Dhanbari Nawab Palace is situated at the heart of Dhanbari a Sub District or upazila of Tangail district in Dhaka division. there are number of landlords houses in triangle district this one is one of them.
the place is not far from Dhanbari upazila office. The place is easily traceable and accessible
There are several interesting things and places to see there. Though it is not a big one, so you won't have to lose much time to explore the whole of the place.
At first you will see the palace, which is well decorated. Previously I saw in pictures that there had a lot of eye soothing flower decoration all around the place which locked very beautiful. but unfortunately, during my visit I found that the people who have been appointed to take care of this place, are not that much caring for this place; though I am not sure about the people who are taking care of it but they are not doing the work or their work properly.
There is a Ghat and this one May bring some peace in your mind. As soon as you finish exploring the palace, you can go for the mosque situated just beside the palace. There is a unique speciality of this mosque and that is the recitation from the holly Quran never stops here. It continues all day and nigh, whatever happens.
There have wheelchair accessible entrance and parking all around. So, you can visit there with your personal vehicle.
If you are choosy about your food, you are suggested to bring food with you.

Located in Dhanbari, this palace is accessible from Dhaka via public bus transportation. While not particularly large in size, the palace offers a serene environment, featuring a lake and several historical buildings. Though these structures remain locked, visitors can still appreciate their exteriors and surroundings.

Located between the Bangshai and Bairan rivers, this ancient zamindarbari is truly picturesque and charming with its exquisite architecture and craftsmanship. However, after the construction of the resort, Nawab Palace has increased in glitz and modernity. This centuries-old Nawab Palace is built in the magnificent Mughal architecture with four domes.

The entire Nawab Manzil or Nawab Palace is surrounded by walls. The palace faces south and has a long verandah. There is a large arcade on the eastern side of the building. There are two rooms for guards on either side of the arcade. The arch was built by Zamindar Nawab Ali Chowdhury to welcome the British Governor. In addition to the two residential buildings in the walled area, there are flower gardens, zoos, meeting rooms, nayebghars, kacharigharas, paikpeyada basti and slave quarters; Which you will still see.

The door of the building is not right in the middle. Various types of leaf designs are drawn on its cornice. The building has four large rooms and some smaller rooms. Visitors have the opportunity to explore several rooms inside the palace. Apart from that, the balcony is also decorated with Nawabi items of the Mughal period, you can touch them. The Mughal period furniture will fascinate you. At the very east of Paleskan you will see a huge 30-bigha dighi, over a hundred years old, whose corners are to be found. On the banks of the lake there is an array of shady trees. Various types of birds visit Dighi in winter. As a result, traveling in winter adds some extra joy. There are two sampans for the visitors, you can also ride.

Moreover, horse and horse carriages are available to explore the entire resort in a nawabi style. If you want, you can see the culture and dance of the Garos. For this, you have to inform the resort authorities in advance. Apart from that, you can see more extinct stick games here.

After exploring the entire zamindar house, when you come out, you will see the 'Dhanbari Nawab Institution' founded by the Nawab. The institution continues with its reputation as a witness of its outstanding contribution to the spread of education.

Looking beautiful the architecture of the building is up to the mark. Only one bad & unfair things is the entry ticket fee, It's 80tk. Is too much and unethical. Otherwise everything is fine. The building of the Masjid near Nabab place is looking too nice, when you look at the mosjid you feel peach in mind. So request to the caretaker please reduce the entry ticket fee.

This palace is located in tangail district. I visit here July 2020. I love thia place so much. Here we spend some quality time. In afternoon here nature looks like cool. Here we found a pond and swimming sometimes.
Now here ticket price some increase.
If you go here you found ancient history. This palace is now running as a picnic spot.

There is nothing good inside. But they take 80 taka to enter which is very high. There was only some historical pictures in the belkoni. But you can't enter in the building . Only VIP can enter in the building which disappointed me.
You can enter there only to take some snape.
But the mosque which is outside was very beautiful.

Dhanbari upazila of Tangail district is about 150 km north of the capital Dhaka. Dhanbari is a place of many old history and heritage. Nawab Ghar is among the oldest history. The house that is attached to it has many memories of a great and glorious man. He is Nawab Bahadur Syed Nawab Ali Chowdhury. Just two minutes east of Dhanbari busstand, the Nawab Manzil falls easily to the right of the hand. The main gate will be the first. These are the palaces. From here it is reported that Shah Khoda Box, a former man of Nawab Bahadur, came from Delhi and inherited the land at Dhanbari. He was born in Natur, Matore, on December 29,1863. He was the first Muslim minister of undivided Bengal. She served as minister until her death on April 17,1929. The Nawab's role in the establishment of Dhaka University was immense. She then kept a part of her land mortgaged.Three thousand donated for the establishment of Dhaka University The Senate building of Dhaka University was named as "Nawab Bahadur Syed Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban". Nawab Bahadur Syed Nawab Ali Chowdhury gave land and financial support to the establishment of three educational institutions. He saw his various development and encouraging work. , Khan Bahadur, CIE) awarded various titles. Beside which is the cemetery. Here the grave of the Nawab's family man and the beasts of his affection are erected. The mosque is being constructed from the beginning of the Qur'an recitation. Achia Hasan Ali Mahila College, established on the west side of the Nawab's house, is a large dighi with a royal mosque. His Son Nowab Hasan Ali Chowhduary also legend of East Pakistan /Bangladsh .
