Good service, but ticket or hotel booking price haigher then online price.

It's my first experience with any online travel agency, and they helped me make my trip (a honeymoon trip) very joyful and memorable. I've found very cheap prices for both flight and hotel bookings. I've researched and compared the rate with the other travel agency, but their discounted rate was satisfactory. I mistakenly booked a room at a 5-star hotel on the wrong date. I immediately contacted them and their concerned person, Mr. Samy Jony, who helped me solve the issue and reschedule the date. I will never forget the unconditional support I received from him. I stayed at Cox's Bazaar for two nights but booked only for one night. Mr. Samy Jony helped me by making an instant booking for my next stay while staying at Cox's Bazaar. Also, he tried to manage a decent room for me, and I really feel happy after seeing the Hotel room.

It was amazing experience with share trip regarding my visa for three countries. Their executive Mr. Khalid looked after my whole visa procedure. But I am a bit disappointed about their flight ticket booking service, the concerned person was not that much helpful. When it comes to Visa processing I usually pick ShareTrip over anybody because they are a formed organization that runs by a proper administrative protocol. If you try some random agencies on the street, you can get it slightly cheaper but you will also face unnecessary hassles that they create in order to waste more money from your side.
