Matikata Bazar

The atmosphere is very nice, friendly and smoothie.In one word,the best restaurant in Mymensingh.The most interesting thing is the place to refresh your mind. The food was very tasty and enjoyable. Behavior is very good.

Matikata Bazar is located near Dhaka Cantonment. It is a very famous place to buy anything, most of the people living around this area are military familys, there are super complexes, super shops and many stalls for buying daily products. There are some restaurants but no motels. No parking area. All in all a very crowded place.

It's very good market for all kinds of groceries, electronics goods, fish and many more items are available here. Very popular in defence personnel.

You can buy vegetables, fish, fruits, meat, grocery from 9.00 am to 10.30 pm from this bazar. If you want to buy fresh fish and vegetables then you have to come by 10.00 am. In Friday, you will get some special items from that Bazar but you have to come by 11.00 am. There's several supershop as well

Matikata Bazar is one of the popular place for Dhaka cantonment area. It's actually besides Dhaka cantonment and near ECB chattar. Basically it's a residential area for those who are working in Dhaka city. Communication is quite easy for this area people. People can move any place of Dhaka city within a very short time. This are is very crowded. Here school and college also very near. Although there has some issues like water and electricity. Lots of time people face water problem and electricity problem.

But this place is quite good for living.

Fresh vegetables, fish, meat available. A good place to shop. It gives the pleasure of shopping in a bazaar.

I like this place, small place but every types of products is available here. You will find everything, vegetables, meat, chicken and fishes are fresh here. Different types of delicious street food is also available here. But the footpath is grabed by the storekeepers and hawkers and its so crowd. So walking by the the road is quite hard. By the way, this market is comparatively clean then the others. So I like it most.
