Very nice place to have a journey by boat into the marsh land of noldangar hat during the rainy season till the end of autumn. It's near Nator. There's nothing much to talk about the place. You can't get good food here. So remember to pack your meals. Boats are available for hire. Per head or entire. We booked one boat for three hours for 1200. They ask 50/- per head. We were 10 people. A boat can accommodate 20 persons at ease. You can take a bath and swim around in the shallow water. You can have your meals on the boat. The boat men are friendly enough.

Very Unique and beautiful place. You can go with your family and friends.. And you can spend some good quality time..

Patul is a lowland near Natore city. It is situated in Naldanga thana of Natore district, 10 km away from Natore city. You can hire an auto at 200 taka or 30 taka for each person. In the rainy season the entire area goes under the water. All the land are roads are flooded by the water coming from the famous Chalan Beel. The houses look like islands. This part of challan beel is know as Halti beel. You'll feeel like visiting a sea. You may want to hire a boat and move around in the water.

I think this is the most popular place in nature to visit . Lots of people came hear to visit this place. But it was very beautiful .

Best place to visit in the rainy season

I went to this place on 9th July 2022 with family. This place is amazing, you would never believe that just 2 months ago, the whole place was a paddy agricultural land, after the rain, then whole place sunk. You can take a boat to visit the all 4 floating villages. The rate of a medium boat is at best BDT 400 (including up & down). We were 6 people, came to this place by a CNG auto-rickshaw (a convenient local vehicle). From Natore city (Lalbazar) to this place and return to city, the Auto-rickshaw charged BDT 500. It's an excellent getaway for families. However, the boat doesn't provide any life-jacket, so be careful when you are riding it.

You cannot imagine the sheer beauty of this. It is by far one of the most beautiful places and also one of the most affordable ones that I have ever visited.
Highly recommended for anyone who has a love for water and boat.

The place whether I got much satisfaction of travelling it. There are several kinds of name of the beel. Halti, Patul, Mini Cox's Bazar and some others name are the common. Best place for seeing natural beauty of beel whoever wants to go. The beel surrounded with four villeges. The best time to travel the bill is between June and July month with full rainy season. A tourist must follow the guidelines of a boat man because there has some danger having sunk into beel and risky for people who don't know swimming.

From Natore Madrasha more bus stand, CNG and Auto are available for the ride to Patul. Per person cost 25tk.
At Patul, you'll find lots of boats which provide ride hourly basis. We took a large boat for 450 Tk/hour only!!

Located in Natore district, communication between district are not so much well due to local roads condition. Local transport available here. Main view of this place is 4 months stayed under water, then tourist can travel by boat, 2/3 weeks the roads gets up while water level goes down than can be travel by the road. Nice view. Today i wanna write a review about my home town Natore. One of Fantastic Place Named “ Halti Beel” local people also called as “ THE MINI COX’S BAZAR”
For thousands of people, visiting Halti Beel in Natore is becoming something like visiting a sea beach. During the rainy season, increased amount of water and heavy wind together produce large waves which crash on the road running through the beel. As there is no actual sea beach in the northern part of the country, Halti Beel is turning into an exciting tourist attraction for the people there.
Halti Beel is in the Naldanga upazila, which is 10km north from Natore sadar upazila. In 2004, a seven-kilometers-long road was built across the beel. During the rainy season that year, large waves started crashing on the paved road, which created an ambiance of a sea beach. The locals were amused by the place, and the number of tourists increased over the last few years. The locals renamed the Patul village near the beel ‘Patul Mini Cox’s Bazar’.
GM Heera Bachhu, a tourist from Rajshahi, said: “Many people from this part of the country dream of going to Cox’ Bazar, but not many of them can afford it, so, they come to this place.”
Another tourist from Dhaka Sejuti Talukdar, who went there with her family, said she enjoyed the views around the beel very much. It was a pleasant experience for her, as she could not go to Cox’s Bazar with all of her family members, she added.
Farzana Akhter Liza came there with her husband and said they were on their honeymoon, and they liked it very much.
With the rise of the new tourist attraction, the local boatmen and other people saw newer income opportunities.
Nader Ali, a local boatman, said thousands of people visited the place everyday. He earned around Tk4,000 with a small boat and around Tk6,000 with a larger one everyday. Many people there were considering a change of profession now a days and thinking of becoming a tourist guide or a boatman, he added.
Sonia Tasnim, a university student, said if some facilities were provided by the government, then the tourist spot could really become an alternative to the Cox,s Bazar sea beaches.
District Commissioner of Natore Moshiur Rahman said over the last few years the number of tourists increased in the Halti Beel, so the government built some toilets and garages in the nearby areas. They were also examining the nooks and crannies of developing the place further as a tourist spot.

Nice place to enjoy vacation

Wherever the eye goes, there's a sea of green. Fields upon fields of paddy, stretching as far as the eye can see. Amidst this expanse, countless boats powered by noisy engines move about. Occasionally, a horizon of greenery is interrupted by a village. Each village surrounded by a network of small rivers. It's as if islands in the heart of the sea. This unique scene is the Haor of Nator. It has gained fame among travelers as 'Mini Cox's Bazar'.
