I've made two purchases from Euro Kitchens recently—a DEDICA METALLICS Pump Espresso Coffee Maker and a DeLonghi Room Heater Dragon4. Both products have met my expectations, and I'm particularly impressed with the quality of DeLonghi's offerings. The sales service was satisfactory, although I believe the overall experience could be enhanced with an improved delivery service. Having a dedicated individual to assist customers in carrying heavy items to their cars would greatly contribute to a more seamless experience. In my case, I had to transport the espresso machine on my own, and while a salesperson did assist with the heater, a consistent service in this aspect would be beneficial.
