City Bank - Pabna Branch

Its a branch of City Bank in Pabna. They offer great customer service. The environment of the bank is amazing. Customer service is their first priority. I got a great service from them. The are very helpful. They are always ready to help their customers. I really appreciate this bank.

This bank I think good serves. I don't take that much of sarves but I m happy..

Situated on "Indara Mor" Pabna. Easy to locate but difficult to find it's entrance. Entrace stair is very narrow. Just beside OK tailers/pharmecy. You can find a cibbler in front of the stair of City Bank.
City bank ATM booth is at the top of staircase. This is the only ATM they have. But most of the time it stays out of service. Hence, it is very dissappointing, irrirating, frustating and annoying when you can't get service from ATM booth. Especially when withdrawing money is very urgent. One can also use other ATM booth with u-cash facility. But they will charge 15tk chage for every 10000tk withdrawal.

Office decoration is good. Service is OK.

Due to Covid, the bank has cut reduce their service from 10am-12pm, i.e. only 2 hours.

It is quite busy bank but officers are helpful.

City Bank a private bank in Pabna.

The environment was good and the service was also good.

My recent visit to The City Bank Pabna Branch was disappointing. The limited staff on duty were working at a slow pace, resulting in a long wait time. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the staff lacked proper knowledge about their jobs, and their level of professionalism was extremely low.

The overall service provided was very poor, and it was clear that the staff was not equipped to handle the demands of the job. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this branch to anyone seeking efficient and professional banking services.
