It is the only cricket Stadium in Gopalganj district. This stadium has been reconstructed since 2014 but yet still any cricket matches were not placed there. Though this stadium is not fitted for play because it's boundary size is small than standard boundary size. It's a beautiful stadium but no one takes care of it that's why it's equipment is damaging day-to-day. Now this stadium is only used for independence day and victory day's parade and students display.

Some crazy loafer bikers ride bike so fast beside stadium in the park.It is scary for innocent public and any time accident can happen.An accident happened in front of me.When i told them to drive carefully thoes young gang team almost tried to fight with me somehow i defence me from them with trick.

Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium ( Bengali: শেখ কামাল আন্তর্জাতিক ক্রিকেট স্টেডিয়াম ) is located beside the Madhumati River, Gopalganj, Bangladesh. Various types of sports events of Gopalganj district take place here. This stadium was redeveloped for the 2014 ICC World Twenty20. The stadium has an underground water drainage system, fully roofed gallery, giant screen, trivision side screen, floodlights and beautiful press box. The stadium complex includes a swimming pool, big gymnasium, separate power station, car parking facility and sports complex for women.
