Today i am going to exolain a new reason behind reducing passenger in patuakhali launch ghat. which is, if any wants to come to kuakata through launch via patuakhali he needs to expense almost double compare with via bus. but still many tourists are coming to kuakata through patuakhali launch ghat. but it is also decling now, because after depature from patuakhali launch ghat the tourists have to take local bus to come into kuakata, which is very time consuming and painful, because those local bus almost delayed in every point to collect local passenger before come to kuakata.

**So i urge to the responsible one to focus on this issue, specially the patuakhali rute based launch owners and ghat authority.

Important terminal that connects Patuakhali with Dhaka. Daily around 2 to 5 launches starts for Dhaka from here starting from 5 pm. There is also 1/2 small launches that give service locally.

Very Good Transportation. Well organized and nice environment. Vessel Operators was so good and it was bad experience that passengers staying in front of cabins. Its not a problem at all but authority needs more action to serve well.

Traditional transport system of southern parth of Bangladesh is mainly Launch. Because of development of roads and bridges the importance of the launches is decreased. You can go to Dhaka (Sadar-ghat) via these launch.
