Just wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received from Kim today at the Cockburn store. She certainly knew her clothing, sizes & was extremely patient as well as multi tasking. Thanks Kim for making my purchase at your store a fun experience as opposed to an arduous task. You are fantastic at your job. Thanks so much.

(Steven) if you ever go to this store he is your go to guy I had one of the best store experiences of my life that man could sell anything you are looking for and some.

I have adhd going to bigger shopping centres can sometimes be overwhelming and I leave buying clothes to the last minute to avoid that, which in this case was exactly what happened but lucky this man saved my a**.
Friday the 2nd of February it was full panic mode my dad was getting married the next day and I had been working most of that Friday. I walked into the shops absolutely green to buying a suit tried YD with not much luck what was available wasn’t the theme we were going for and I really started to itch at the fact I’m not going to be able to pull this one off to my mistake.
It was 4:25 by this point and I walked in to Connor looked around got abit of an Idea and then came Steve he asked me what I was looking for and in an instant reply I just said blue I have no idea about this stuff he asked me some questions like what the occasion was what are you straying away from and then I gave him my tie for the next day and said whatever is gonna look best he sized me up and picked out a suit that I thought was perfect unfortunately they did not have my size in that blazer on hand then the ultimate question “when do you need by” I said tomorrow and this man kicked into gears I’ve never seen before. he said just wait here for a second while I make a call at first I was just looking at the different options incase that’s what the last avenue was going to be, but when I finally looked over at the counter Steve was working 2 phones and two conversations at the same time I was stunned he then came back over to tell me Midland store has my size unfortunately I couldn’t make it there that afternoon but he knew that because on the other line he was talking to his partner who works in Midland and was just so happening to be picking him up that afternoon and informed me that his partner is making a dash to that store to then deliver it to me at Cockburn jaw dropped THANK YOU. That’s not all though the trousers I tried on were a perfect fit but length wise were quite long it was 4:50 by now and all the alteration business around were either closed or 10mins away from closing again he said let me see what I can do, made a phone call and miraculously was able to convince the store around the corner to stay open to alter them for me he raced down there with the trousers and when I say raced I mean literally ran through the shops to get there. within the a time frame of an hour I was completely sorted and stress free I cannot thank you enough true to his word his partner came through and handed over blazer and I was on my way.
you are truly the definition of Australian culture. Being so willing, determined and as helping as you could possibly be in the tiny little time frame I gave you, mate I wish you nothing but success going forward you a an absolute legend and I’m honoured to have seen such work ethic as yours. From someone who doesn’t know me from a bar of soap and could’ve easily turned me away from the annoying situation I put on you instead you calmed me down and got everything sorted.

I went into Connor yesterday to buy some pants and I was greeted by Steve. He understood straight away what I was looking for, he did alterations for me (turnover time 1 hour) and I don’t think he could have done any more for me. Great customer service, always smiling and very professional. Steve you are a great asset to Connor

Great customer service. Kimberley was so helpful and patient with me she did an excellent job of helping me choose a nice blazer and pants to wear for Anzac Day.

Soooo glad I gave this store a go! The service was absolutely exceptional. All the staff were engaging and polite and helpful. It was quite a hike from the Connor near my house, but very worth it, given their customer service is far superior to my local store.
The manager was an absolute gem and all future Connor purchases will definitely be from this store!

Staff was super helpful and very patient. Was more than willing to run back and forth getting different color and size suit pieces. For off the rack suits I would recommend this place.

A friendly gentleman by the name of Josh (I think? Dark blonde fella) helped me out picking out some new clothes for my work attire despite the store nearing closing time, he was super patient and came across very genuine. He encouraged me to take my time and not to stress.

Couldn’t recommend Conner gateways highly enough. I was served by Caleb and he honestly deserves a raise he went above and beyond for me and even walked me to the tailors to made sure I was looked after.

Got 6 suits from here for my wedding. On the day of the wedding we noticed that one of my groomsmen had a slight tear in it. I rang Brooke (best sales person ever) she went well out of her way to find another jacket and hand delivered it to my house. If I need another suit again I will be going back to see Brooke, awesome job.

Clothes are good quality not cheap and flimsy like others.

Ideal menswear store to check out for some new clothing or footwear and accessories. Ample suits on special to choose from. I should say, ample specials on most clothing. In today to get something for the Perth Cup. Being that it will be hot, the female assistant helped out with something that would be most suitable for the hot day. Very happy with my purchase. Friendly and helpful customer service. Shop situated within the Cockburn Gateway Shopping Complex. Easy access form car park. Ample parking also.
