Woolworths Blakes Crossing

I always love shopping here, I know where everything is on the shelves so makes for a quick in get whats needed & get out. They don't have alot of checkouts open only downside so sometimes there is a wait to get through. It is a popular store so they should have a few more checkouts open. Other than that a great store plenty of your christmas needs available right in store.

Plenty of parking, clean and well stocked store. Friendly and helpful staff. Found everything I wanted... :)

Only giving 5 stars because of MONICA'S PIZZA they make the best pizza's and the chicken parmigiana and chips are very well worth the $$$ that is spent if going to Blake's crossing its a must anyone goes to MONICA'S pizza's for a feed

I just wanted to say Arnaux needs more shifts. I stopped in for a few items and normallyit feels weird and awkward but not with this young man. Great customer service, friendly and speedy on the checkout. Thank you Arnaux

Always great to shop here. Store is well stocked. Kept clean & tidy. Friendly, helpful Staff. Happy to recommend + it's in a small Mall with a Newsagent, Pharmacy, Butcher, Liquor Store & a couple of other small stores. Clean toilets available too.

I really like this Woolies at Blake's Crossing has a good range of items fresh food good bargain which I'm all about, Great cooked Chickens and a look arge variety of salads, always get what I'm looking for except Airfryer parchment paper couldn't find that, had to buy on line but good buy from Amazon which I can pick up at the Newsagency here. Plenty of undercover parking and Wheelchair friendly.

I like to start my reviews off positively. In this case here, I am glad to advise that the food was sufficient for what I would consider the environment to set.

Sadly, I regret to disclose that this is as about as far as I would consider the experience positive. While this evening's food was sufficient, we found the service to be absurd at best. After just ordering our food and sitting down, the service staff was immediately intent on providing us with our pancakes. After denying this and recieving our adequate food, we were prompted for our pancakes again. This time gladly accepting of our floury delight slathered in cream and syrup, we were asked to present our reciepts, only to find out that 2 of our meals supposedly did not include pancakes.

This was resovled by sternly asking the service staff member to check the menu. Upon this correction, only 3 of our 4 pancakes were delivered. Fate this time preventing our last comrade from their fried floury delight. This was seemingly due to the fact that our receipt was misread as one pancake instead of two.

After asking the service staff about reviewing this, we found somehow that not one, not two, not four, but three pancakes being provided to us. Confused by this ordeal, another table intervened explaining that they belonged to them.

Due to the fact that this review has already reached five paragraphs, I will endeavour to continue this review.

Finally, at long last, our final pancake has arrived, but this ordeal is still not over, as we had to resort to eating like cavemen, as during the commotion, cutlery was failed to be provided.

I'm not sure how to feel about this evening, I feel as if I have missed so much, but I can't decide whether or not to laugh at the absurdity of tonight's service or to feel disappointed.

All this, over a few pancakes. I honestly don't think we have had to work so hard before for these pancakes.

Always clean, never an issue with staff, quick in an out. Always well stocked. Just becareful of the ones with trolley, they fly around corners im gonna get run over nearly like today lol. It's all good.

the new produce department revamp looks amazing!! The manager Annette has made it so easy to find everything you need and was so helpful and friendly when i was in need for help! I needed some bigger strawberries for a dessert box I was making and she came out with a whole box full for me to select from, she provided incredible customer service! Now that’s why I pick Woolies 😉

Fresh produce, stocked shelves, variety of choices, well laid out, clean store and friendly helpful staff. I have a few woolworths around me but this is my favourite one to go to

Maps has asked me to update my experience by asking if there is any change. My answer is threefold,
1. No, the shop is still there.
2. Yes, prices have hiked.
3. Maps is stating to p*** me off asking dumb questions.

Staff very friendly and helpful

The staff are lovely and the store is designed well. Only downside are Se of. The shoppers, all in so much of a rush that manners all respect towards others is tossed out the window. People need to slow down and live in the moment.

Always lovely to shop their no problem getting stock except now No fault of the people just some customers being mental with this lockdown. Staff are friendly polite and helpful and dressed well shelves always well stocked Shop clean and tidy which I appreciate as I lose balance and fall occasionally

Big shout out and a huge thank you to Courtney who was working at the service desk this evening 13/1/22 at about 815pm /830pm who went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service you are an amazing person. I did get a RAT at the last minute at Parabanks Woolworths after Courtney rang and checked the stock supplies every where in the area for me I got one of two tests left before parabanks closed 🥰

This is a great little shopping centre, it's built around Woolworths but just enough to not have to go yo the big shopping centres, United chemist, bws, bakery, newsagent, smokemart, takeaways even get your haircut, nice 😀
