Hungry Jack's Burgers Playford Alive

Best Hungry Jacks I've had in a long long time. Burgers and chips were so hot, tasty and fresh, hardly any wait either for it in the drive through.

Customer service was also very good!

My menulog order came with about 1/3rd of my order. Upon speaking to the resturaunt, they replaced my missing items immediately.

This franchise are there for there people!

The staff are really friendly and efficient. The food and coffee are always hot, which IMO are the two main things. It's a little dark and small on the inside which is perfect for me, and probably good in the summer months too! It could just be that this particular HJ's venue is aimed mostly at the takeaway and delivery sectors, not sure. Either way, not an issue for me.

Never have a bad experience here. Service always friendly, efficient and competent. Attended tonight, ordered two meals at the drive thru (without having to repeat myself at all), one with coke and one with coke no sugar. When the drinks were passed over there was no way to tell which was which so the girl at the window poured another coke no sugar without hesitation.

Was 11:59pm on a wednesday night.. 1 minute before doors closed. we had a complexed order and added even more to it at the second window! the manager working was very polite and more then happy to serve us. although we had to wait it was worth it as we got given extra food for free and all of our food was fresh! shout out to the 11:59pm worker!

Great burgers...so much better than the local Carl jr's cold offerings and a tad better than Maccas.
I loved the onion rings, bubble type drink and Whopper junior...though they could cook the bacon a bit better. They fries are too thick for a french fry but to skinny to be a chip.
But if you don't want a commercial fast food meal, just 1,k down the road, on the Philip Highway, at the South shops, Nicky will cook you up a fantastic burger, with a great home made taste.
Playford (aka Elizabeth) has a lot to offer.

My experience would have been enhanced with an automated feeder or something similar.
My arms are always tired from flailing about and it's not my fault. Whenever I attend a Hungrid Jacksons restaurant I usually work through my meals using just my face as a knife and fork. For instance it's easier for me to spill the gravy trencher (which I bring piping hot and laden from home) onto the table with my nose and then drag my cheek through it, then I press my gravy laden cheek onto the bread. My arms are just too tired, hence why the fuss is simpler for me.
Sometimes the food brought out is exceptionally soft. In which case I will more often than not take a quite nap mid way through eating. Depending on the restaurant I might have daymares or night terrors.
If I get a rare bout of strength in my arms when dining out then I use them to steal as much as possible. Or other times I will take the masticated remnants of my sustenance and smoosh it into any nearby cracks or crevices with my long fngers.
However, this is the exception not the rule. The driving reason for my review.
My arms are too tired to feed and steal with. The places I visit need accessible auto feeders.
If I could go up to a head height tube in a wall and just lean my whole body against said wall, maybe staff could prop me up, then like a vape just draw soft meats and slop until I can't.
Maybe instead of an umbrella hole in a table there could be a tube that runs like a low pressure garden hose that gurgles a soft brown meat fountain?
We also want a few single mattresses laying about the restaurant in the event I get tired.
All in all a good experience despite the lack of automated feeders.

Great service, well put together burgers not messy and falling all over the place. Quick and friendly.

Would love it if the inside was a tad larger orore suited to eat in but the meals are always super hot and they listen and get the order correct.

Fastest store in the state, open 24/7 for drive through, Closes the dining room at 11pm and opens again at 5am. Always serving fresh foods and doing it fast to. Really helpful staff in this clean store.
Accessing to the store can be difficult but manageable by going behind the OTR further down if heading west.

Great customer service, well presented burgers and neatly packed. Great location. Easy parking and access. Fresh chips... Nice an quiet late in the evening

After going to other fast food places in the area it is clear this one is the best. Never have I gotten a wrong food order, it's pretty fast and the food is on par with what i expect. Even get defence discounts without asking when I'm in uniform some times.

Drive is pretty quick no waiting and very hot food

Loving the biscoff additions to the menu a great hit with all the family

Absolutely hopeless staff at this store. In line for over 1/2 a hour & they still missed items, had to re wait in line for another 20 minutes. So frustrating having slow workers here
