Came for car battery change. The team member was quickly testing the battery and showed me 3 choices of battery.
He then cleaned the acid built-up from the old battery and explained to me the steps he was doing.
Despite there were a few late customers coming he kept being focus on installing the new battery correctly.
Very professional and effective work.
Just fyi, I have come to Battery World O'Connor from many years ago and the store has always had great team members.

Noel is a legend. He came out to a shopping centre carpark after hours with a new battery - not a straightforward job with the battery under the boot floor. Things are a lot brighter now (mind you the old battery was 11 years old!). Brilliant personable service.

Great experience using their roadside assistance. Shout out to Nick for quick arrival to site and fair price. Friendly courteous service, will definitely use again.

I replaced the battery in my car fob at Battery World O'Connor recently. The lady who attended to us was extremely friendly and helpful. This is consistent with our previous experience at this store. We have always found the staff in this store knowledgeable, polite and eager to help.

Had a flat car battery, managed to jump start it and went to battery world. The guys here were very helpful and even put it in for me, great service, thanks Nicholas appreciated.

I visited the store after an informative phone call. I had recently had my car serviced and was advised the battery needed replacing. I was offered the service centers brand at what seemed a very high price. I took the quote to Battery World O'Connor and was thrilled with the advice, the service and fitting, but most importantly I was elated at the price along with the 30 month warranty. This is my third Battery World experience but the first at the O'Connor store to which i will be returning and reccommending 100% - you will not get a better deal.

I was referred by a mate to take my Jetski to battery world for a battery test. As I use the Jetski for tow-in surfing it’s essential the machine is working at its best.

Noel was super helpful and as an avid surfer, knew my expectations. He was very helpful in not only making a selection for best purpose but also installing the battery… all without any fuss on a public holiday!

Absolute pleasure dealing with this branch. Bought a car battery online and the young crew were all eager to help. But when the older man (guessing the franchise owner) came out he made the whole experience pleasurable. Fixed the battery in and sent me on my way happy. Highly recommended.

Had some strange happenings with the battery draining rapidly, the team at battery world (Special mention to Noddy) placed a loan battery in my car while trying to work out the issue. The battery was covered under warranty and replaced with no issues. Still a mystery why the battery drained rapidly, back to the manufacturer to work out. Have been using Battery world for several years and am extremely happy with battery worlds service and products. Thanks for the help Team.

This shop always delivers quality advice and service for me. They'll happily check any device or battery I bring before charging me a dollar. Most recent was advice about batteries for my smoke alarms. Their 9v was perfect, a better fit than the manufacturers recommendation, and half the price.

Friday avo i really didn't expect a new car battery fitted there and then, to a modern car that I'd accepted was beyond my skills; with good humour and a very fair price. Absolutely recommend, I'll be getting these guys to take a look at my solar as well.
