I came in with a pretty decent sized order and dealt with Keely, who was nothing short of delightful, she deserves a huge raise! this establishment is a sophisticated venue and excellent service, with wonderful staff whom genuinly care about their customers.

Always an absolutely amazing place to visit. The staff are knowledgeable and the range is second to none. This place completely changed how we thought about our dog's nutrition but costs almost the same as supermarket food!

Great selection and great prices for raw feeding + they offer bulk discount on some. Love their 1kilo packs as it makes storage so easy, they also have generous opening times and a really helpful lovely team running the shop.

Amazing customer service and the best range of options all incredible quality! They created a custom blend barf with powders mixed in for my dog that has arthritis to help with inflammation.. Have been feeding my dog from here for a while now and wouldn't change to anyone else.

Fresh dog food everytime I go, the variety is fantastic. My dog loves the duck & chicken heads, the salmon heads, well basically all of it. They usually have both fresh & frozen foods and a good variety of treats, the crocodile feet would have to be my staffies favourite. Such friendly staff as well, my girl was putting on so much weight so I spoke to a young lady who worked out how much she should have a day, she is looking so much leaner now and everybody comments on how shiny her coat is.
A definite must even if it's only for a once a week treat. It costs me less than $3.50 a day to feed my girl and that includes treats.

Staff are great, prices are great and variety is fabulous. My dogs health is so much better since putting her on a mixture of meats & offals. She also loves the dried Croc feet and the roo ears. $100 buys her 4 weeks of food.

Great store! The staff are really friendly and helpful and our dog loves the meat from here! It's also not too expensive which makes it that much better! Looking forward to going back and trying some new things!!!

Was so helpful when I brought my little puppy in. I haven't had a puppy in such a long time so after I picked up my little Mini Dachshund and took her in the ladies helped trial out some food she liked and told me exactly how much I need to be giving her. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back for all her food.
