Enquired about issues with my Nintendo switch that stopped working, the guys at Phone champ had all the time in the world to have a chat with me about what the issues could be, they were very transparent with what possible issues it could be and the prices.

I brought my switch in to get fixed and they sorted it no issues at all.

Great friendly service, fair pricing. And all round great blokes I would highly reccomend them for any of their devices there and if you aren’t sure just ask like I did and you might be suprised they may be able to help out.

Went to get a nice protective phone case for my new S23 earlier this morning. Super quick and easy! The guy there was super friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend and will be back in the future :)

Absolute legends! They had a look at my laptop that's not long out of warranty, found the issue, quoted me on the repair, but suggested I go back to the manufacturer under rules that, thanks to them, I now know exist separate to warranties. If the manufacturer repairs it, they did themselves out of the business but it goes to show that they do the right thing by the customer. If the manufacturer doesn't repair it, these guys are definitely getting the job.

If you have any problems with your phones come see this guy.
Walked in with 2 iPhones and both fixed within an hour. Cannot fault them at all. And if you’re unsure what is wrong with your phone, they do a free check as well.

So I took my Xbox down to phone champ yesterday for a internal clean as it was crusty and dusty, when I got it back today the work the boys did at phone champ was beyond exceptional. it honestly went from looking like a rustic console to something that just got released in a shop. Highly recommend phone champ for anything especially cleaning

Dropped my phone at work and stuffed the screen 💔. Rang the gentleman holding down the fort up and he was able to stay back after hours to fix my phone. After 40 minutes on the operating table my phone was as good as new.

This really helped me in my desperate time of need as I'm in my 20's and my attitude without my phone is worse than a pack a day smoker giving up cold Turkey
