Thankyou to the lovely lady who served me yesterday. No pressure, i was able to look thru all the beautiful things in the store, finally purchased a pair of beautiful silver diamond cut earrings for my up and coming birthday....and thankyou for suggesting Barry's across the road. Their California super salads are the bomb.

Hands down best womans clothing store, I don't like shopping anywhere else!! Besides the fact that I love to support my local retailers (Northcote), the staff are friendly, super helpful & honest, clothes are great & prices 👊👊

I have pieces from here from around 3 years ago that are fantastic but have noticed reduced quality of items in the last year or so. Despite increased prices, I continued to try to support but many items I have purchased have began to literally fall apart, threads pulling, knits become easily over stretched and pilling (even with proper care and storage). On top of not amazing customer service when I shop here I will unfortunately not be returning again. It’s a shame because I absolutely loved this store.

Terrible customer service. Saturday 22nd May at around 3:30pm we walked into this shop to get a closer look at some pants in the window my wife wanted. There were two staff in the shop and one other customer besides us, who was at the till talking with one of the staff. The pants had no price on them we could find so I was trying to catch the eye of the free staff member. She was doing everything she could to avoid eye contact, while lingering on the far side of the shop, doing nothing much over there besides patting stacks of clothing. SO after a minute of this we walked out. Why she didn't want to serve us who knows. This was insulting and we got a definite unwelcome vibe. Never again.

Rude, disrespectful and no customer service at all on a Sunday afternoon. So disappointing. Won’t be shopping there again. Had to beg for help with a belt and then to buy it and finally was insulted when I paid for it?! Never have I experienced this contemptuous service anywhere. Have bought many things here in the past but never again.
