Me and my sister walked into here with an absolute customer service nightmare; an undecided custom order out the books as well as a voucher that's so far from the system that they did the equivilant of breaking 256 bit encryption to process it.

Despite all, the staff were funny, kind and helpful, fulfilling an order that would take them out of line, and discounting 65 cents off a pen just to make sure we didn't go over the cost of our voucher.

Excellent customer interaction, staff polite and extremely helpful, the best part is providing job experience and skill to so many young people in the store, keep up this good work. I see this gentle attitude and good behaviour from your staff every year not just the first time. All the very best.

In spite of the pre-term unprepared parent rush the whole experience was amazing. Well organised. A happy and helpful team. Will definitely use them again (but I promise to be earlier next year!)

Phone called the central contact centre and was told that the list of books I requested would be placed on hold at the canning vale store. They did not even send the staff there an email or even check their stock. I arrived to no books on hold, and some of them not even in stock. Alesia was an absolute peach and went above and beyond to help me source everything I needed. Even going so far as to set up personal contact lines to her and Sam to ensure that this does not happen again. She offered wonderful support and service to my growing tuition business, which will continue to source its educational products from here, for the personal touch that Alesia brings to each visit and sale. Campion, give her a raise! 💕

If Campion wishes to improve their service they should hire more staff like these two. Ziggies always had a positive energy before Campion bought the business, so I am glad some of the staff have stayed over the transition.

Very impressed with the efficiency of the staff. I ordered a list of stationery through their website yesterday & it arrived in the post today. Prices are competitive and a lot of the time cheaper than what you would find at Officeworks. I would highly recommend their online services.

When another school 'recommended' supplier failed in supplying our orders, along with many other customers, I reached out to Ziggies.
Your staff member Julia was most helpful and efficient in supplying every single item from our booklist, packed it and emailed us to advise it was ready for collection the very next day, all of this in less than 24 hours! Ziggies, you have a new customer for the remaining of my kids school years. I will be recommending you to everyone.

A one stop for all the school supplies. Very convenient to pick through the list. Should plan to visit late Nov or early Dec to avoid rush and difficulty in finding parking. Few items might cost marginally more but worth the value based on convenience and peace of mind.

We order from them online and got everything that we needed and quick via post. The price was cheaper compare to elsewhere. Would definitely recommend using the online services for ordering school stuffs.

This year collected stationery from School instead of picking up at store. Covid-19 restrictions in place so it was made easier this way to collect! Its super busy at the end of school holidays before starting off new session/year, with parking full, but can park on the street side verge, great staff and friendly customer service, really assistive.

Great Experience ordering all of my kids stationery , quick delivery and everything in stock. I visited the store in Canning Vale and was amazed with all the choices , may have bought a few extras for the home office :)
