Excellent. Friendly, very efficient, fresh and delicious. Due to the sought-after location and minimal competition, venues like this can easily become complacent. Not The Hive - clearly so much effort, attention to detail and fresh ingredients make their cuisine exceptional. Thank you for your obvious hard work and dedication behind the scenes, topped off with wonderful customer service.

Had a steak sandwich here after a hike at John Forrest national park, and the food was delicious. Setting was friendly and cosy - would definitely return!

Amazing! Nice atmosphere and a menu and coffee to die for. Hands down the highest quality cafe in the Perth Hills. Tends to have a much nicer clientele than other parts of the eastern hills too.

Go here regularly. Always a lovely selection of food and carefully prepared drinks. Cold water in the fridge and glasses of all kinds to choose from. Indoor and outdoor seating, all different. Whole range of sweet or savoury food in the glass display cabinets. Definitely recommend you visit.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and was very impressed with the big breakfast, great fresh food and more than enough. Friendly professional staff and a beautiful spot.

A quiet and unassuming cafe with amazing food, great tasting coffee and friendly service opposite a park with kids playground. We enjoyed a coffee, ham cheese croissant and chicken & bacon toastie. Delicious! Will be returning to try out the woodfired pizzas.

Perrella's did the most AMAZING catering for my wedding. They go above and beyond to make the food delicious and beautiful - truly, the food is a real talking point at any special event. Perrella's did bread and antipasto baskets, a dessert grazing table and our three-tier lemon wedding cake and WOW it all looked and tasted unbelievably good. Thanks so much!!! <3

What a nice little place this is, in the middle of moving house and we found this place for breakfast.. absolutely amazing food and juice 10/10 ⭐

Lovely food with a few gluten free options. I thoroughly enjoyed my corn and fritters and salad. Enough on my plate so I was not hungry. Downside bathroom is in a hall across the road. Lovely setting opposite a park, oval and tennis courts. Great spot to bring kids as there is a playground. They shut at 2pm on Saturday, so you need to get there early. However they open again at 5pm selling pizzas. Filed away in my favourites.

Had breakfast this morning and everything was great. Good speed and things arrived at a good time. Not the most expansive menu so don’t think you would eat there all the time if you like variety but the food was great. We had the big brekkie and the pork belly Benedict, followed by the French toast. Definitely will be having another visit

Food, coffee and service was great!
The Smoked Salmon Tart was very nice and the Hot Cappuccino had a nice aroma to it as well.
It's a very warm welcoming place, with a wide variety of pastries and cakes, as well as coffees. Will definitely visit here again when I am in Perth.

I love the Hive Darlington. Their iced coffees are amazing -- a huge, tall glass of refreshment. Carissa is such an amazing barista! The beautiful food on offer, both on the menu and pre-made (what a spread!), always provides an option no matter the time of day. Inside and outside tables are both lovely to sit at. Highly recommend!

Always amazing coffee and service - I go here every day because it's THAT good. Perfect coffee, friendly, fast service and the food has always been amazing. Can't fault The Hive.

I absolutely love this gem of a café! The counter is always filled to the brim with yummy pastries and treats, often with out of the ordinary ingredient combo’s that just work! We always take friends and family to experience it and the verdict is: best bennies in Perth!
And they accommodate special dietary needs too. Special mention to Clarissa for her bright smile and great service :)
