This morning the lovely lady at the self checkouts (Alicia I think was her name) was just an amazing person who was so lovely, despite it being so busy she was making sure she was speaking to everyone and she was just doing such a great job!!! She definitely deserves praise for her amazing work!

Overall as well the store itself was great too!

Nice and clean, it’s harder to find staff when you need one but if you lucky then they are definitely helpful. It’s my go to place for everything for last 3 years and the best part is they don’t move things around which makes easier to find things. Thank you guys for not moving things and considering customer shopping experience :-)

I have shopped at Coles Belmont for 20 years plus.. always pleased with the variety offered plus Quality. Friendly helpful staff.. why would I go anywhere .????

As a lovely shopping centre since more than 10 years ago

I love this place to do all my shopping and eating. There are so many shops and basically you can easily spend the whole day here. Good place to hang out, and the cinema is just across the road.

I've only had a positive experience at Coles, even when I have had to do a return they have been as helpful as possible. Everything is easy to find, loads of variety and good shop to car experience too. Thank you team! Keep it up :-)

Great Coles gets busy but it's got everything

This is one of our favourite Coles. Too many to choose from and you have that friendly and fresh delis to choose awesome varieties of seafood, meat and cheese.

We've been going here for three years now and we still love this place.

Excellent, Went food shopping 🛒 at ALDI had everything,& cheap.. Great 👍 but still not enough in the cart for the money we give.

Great customer service! We left a box of tea at the checkout on Thursday and enquired about it on Sunday thinking it would be too late. It had been noted ! and we were told to get a replacement box. There were none left so the young woman at the service desk gave us a refund and a raincheck for 6 more boxes at the discounted price ! Wow thanks 😊

Lots of specials and really fresh produce

A Good Coles supermarket very similar to the rest with a good range of produce with most name brands available. Meat selection is fairly good and well priced , fruit and vegetables are always fresh and also well priced as are the frozen foods. Store is clean, well stocked and staff are fairly friendly and professional. It can be a little bit tricky to find parking as the carpark is extremely busy, parking is shared with other stores that can get very busy at certain times. But all in all not too bad

Best Coles in the region. All the staff there are super lovely & very polite. The stock in the deli department is always looking fresh & the seafood section looks amazing.

What I wanted was on special so bought 4 of them, very happy customer

This is our local shopping centre and has just about everything we need. It would be great if they invested in some more undercover parking, preheating with solar roofing.

Opens till 9 pm which is awesome and quite helpful to those who work during day and shop at night..
