Xpress-Zone Convenience Store

My visit today was surprisingly good after reading previous reviews. It is close to a hospital so you should expensive slighter than retail prices. Guy that served me was nice, open 7 days a week but not till late 7pm the latest. Can buy food, drinks and cards actually a very good variety. You can sit outside or at the grassed area which has adequate shaded area.

Super friendly ladies that work there, always helping out! Fresh made sandwiches are awesome

Very good experience. Can find lots of things under one roof. Very good and helpful staff. My kids love that shop like when I visit to the hospital we use to visit there 👍😊

Arrive at 3.30 Sunday

One young girl behind counter

Male arrived shortly after both stood having a conversation not interested in serving us 3 people after food and coffee .

Young lady came out from the back and I asked for a coffee I was told she did not work there ?

Why was she behind the counter and entered from the back room .

Rude staff not interested in looking after customers and only interested in them selves.

1 out of ten we left with half empty coffee cups no food and will not return ever again

Owners you need to start training your staff the meaning of customer service . 😡

Zero stars for this rude convenient store lady. Screamed at the top of her lungs at my sick autistic son for accidentally pressing the slurpee button.
Why be like that when she’s located at a children’s hospital site, knowing that most of the customers are parents with sick kids

Get a bank loan before even walking through the door. Most expensive convenience store I've ever seen. $7.50 for a packet of corn chips. They had a teenager working behind the counter which is great she had a job but imagine a packet of corn chips being half your hourly wage. My god.

If I was able to give this woman zero then I’d have no problem in doing so.
Began to preach at me for my “lifestyle” as if she knew me! Don’t ever shop at this store, no seriously stay away from her

Cashier was so rude! The Indian cashier lady was starting trouble for no reason. We were minding our own business, looking around, and she was calling us out!

Worst customer experience!! Prices are way too expensive. Cashier began yelling at me for placing some items in a slightly different position. Very rude!! I put my items back that I was going to buy and left the store immediately while she was still yelling...

Your selling Aldi products in a store that’s meant to be helping people with sick family members at massively high prices didn’t think this was legal ?

I'd give a 0 star if possible. Rudest store worker there.
