Picked up a really nice Orla Stage Concert Digital Piano from Bernie's Music Land last week. Was a great improvement from the Yamaha I had used, both in feel and sound. Great customer service too - would highly recommend dropping in for all things piano, keyboard and hammond-related!

Burnies sells great pianos and organs. They specialise in Hammond. Great staff. And occasionally they run music workshops which are very educational from industry experts.

Starting my piano journey at 50, I popped-in to see if they had a bench. They couldn't be more helpful. Despite being clueless, and a complete beginner, there was absolutely zero snobbery that I was at the lower-end of the market. They were so good, and took me around the shop, showing the whole range of piano's - up to $300k! Completely fed my curiosity in an unrushed and unbiased way. Seriously, this is some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Amazing and thank you!

We’ve bought three pianos, electric and acoustic, from Bernies over the past twelve years, as our sons' musical educations developed. Each time we received expert advice as to the make and model of piano that would best suit our needs and price range. Highly recommended!

On the recommendation of my daughter's piano tutor, we came to Bernies to have a look for a piano more suitable to her needs and advancing skill level. The store is easy to find, filled with with the loveliest pianos for all skill levels - some of the concert/professional pieces are gorgeous! (... and that's the extent of my expertise LOL)
Bernie was so warm and patient with us, trying out all the pianos in our price range and explaining things about them, clearly he and staff are very knowledgeable. My daughter found her dream piano (not the one we came in to see). Bernie gave us a great package, everything occurred as explained and expected, and our piano was delivered and installed professionally (lovely masked blokes, cracked me up laughing, literally did not touch anything). What I thought was going to be a saga (picking a piano, payment options, disposing the old decrepit freebie she'd started on) turned into one of the least stressful larger-scale purchases I have ever made. In around an hour with Bernie at the store. They pretty much took care of everything. What a lovely experience.
Thank you so much Bernie, my daughter loves it and has barely spent a day off it since it arrived. It proved good for everyone's mental health during lockdown. It's a beautiful addition to our front room, and I love the sounds that fill our home when she plays, even her tutor thinks it sounds & feels wonderful and wants to come over and play on it (and she has one of your more expensive baby grands).

I found there was a very happy atmosphere at Bernies Music Land. The staff were welcoming and provided helpful advice on buying the right piano, keyboard etc.

I recently bought a Roland FP-4F Keyboard as advised by a staff member, and play it almost everyday. I also go there every week for piano lessons which I've been doing 12 years, and am going to sit my exam this year. My teacher awesome!!

I've also bought numerous products in the past such as a grand piano, sheet music, a keyboard etc. and every time I've been happy with the service.

Really fantastic people behind Bernies Music Land - very supportive of young musicians! It's a family owned business so it just feels different to any other music store, would highly recommend stopping by.

Bernie and his team always made me feel welcome when i was in the store. They would listen to my needs. They are professional and make you feel part of their family. Bernie always has a smile on his face. I can't thank all the staff i have dealt with enough. I will always go back there when i need to purchase anything to do with organs or keyboards. Their showrooms are amazing and for a keyboard player i feel like im in heaven when i am in there.
