The price and service is amazing. I was actually skeptical given how much cheaper Audio Trends was but I purchased a Tivoli radio online and it arrived within 5 days (and I'm in NSW and they're in VIC). And they even swapped out the radio for a different colour when I recognised I had ordered the wrong colour. Highly recommended.

Andrew was a champ, got me a good price on a great system and I can't believe what I was missing out on prior to buying this setup.

Visited recently, very friendly staff, went out of their way to set up some different speakers to audition, helpful advice also.

Purchased an ex display television from these guys. Amazing price for a set still in top condition and they even offered to drop it off at my place for free. Was excellent dealing with Andrew and Garry and will definitely use them again. Cannot recommend enough.

My dad purchased some very nice speakers here, but the courier company failed to appropriately deliver them and they were stolen - all caught on CCTV so the supplier could follow up with the courier company. Filed a police report per usual. Called Simon F at Audio Trends and they were on to the supplier to organise replacement speakers within the day. The store personally delivered the speakers just 3 days after my notifying them of the situation. Can't thank Simon F and the team at Audio Trends enough - really made by dad's day with the new speakers. Best customer service and they really go above and beyond. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Took my turntable in for a new cartridge and set up. My intergrated amplifier required a good service as it had been sitting for years. Andrew was very helpful advising me of what type of cartridge would suit my turntable and arm combination. Very pleased with the overall outcome and pricing which I thought was fair. Amp is now working fine and the turntable is performing really well. Will definately be using 'Audio Trends' in the future. Highly recommended.

Great people to deal with. Quick and friendly service. Fixed my 40-year-old amp in 2 days. Its worth a trip to the showrooms just to check the gear they have on display.

I was looking for new speakers and a new amplifier of quality, something I have wanted for a long time. I did many hours of research online comparing different brands and price ranges. I also read many prodyct reviews and customer reviews. I eventually rang Audio Trends in Ringwood, I live in Tasmania and spoke with Simon Finch. Simon was fantastic, I explained what I was after, my price range and also the brand and type of speakers and amps I had narrowed it down to. Simon asked a few questions regarding my music taste and what other appliances I would be attaching to the amp, such as phone, tape recorder etc. He advised the best quality for the price amplifier was a Rotel A12 MK11, I had Rotel on my list. I also had Wharfdale Diamond Speakers on my list but Simon said that Wharfdale 240's would suit me better due to my music choices etc . I took him at his word and purchased the Rotel and the 240's fir a great price plus FREE delivery to Tasmania. Both arrived within 7 days in perfect condition. After wiring everything up I was blown away by the incredible clarity and quality of the sound. I was hearing strums of guitars and other instruments that I was unable to hear on my old system. Magnificent! The speakers are also a beautiful piece of furniture. I thoroughly recommend Simon Finch and Audio Trends for all your audio requirements. Very friendly and most knowledgeable, also great after sales services, handling a few questions I had without a problem. Excellent, thank you Simon and Audio Trends.

What a team I dropped off my 40 year old Amplifier and was rung 4 days later fixed for a great price. It was 1/4 of quote i had received from a competitor. I genuinely can't speak highly enough of these guys. Five stars
