I've used BMW Carpets Nambucca Heads previously when I had bamboo flooring laid, so I had no hesitation in contacting Brad & Michelle to have them quote and install new carpet in my rumpus room and bedrooms. Their sales & install team are professional and personable and their prices are extremely competitive. If you want knowledgable and great service use LOCAL you will be pleasantly surprised! BMW Flooring in Nambucca Heads were great to deal with. The showroom looks new and the staff are fantastic. They have a good range of carpets for any budget. The guys laying the carpet need a special thankyou as they stayed till around 6 pm to finish laying the carpet. We were very impressed with them as they cleaned up , vacuumed the carpet and left no mess whatsoever.

Contacted BMW flooring only a few weeks before Xmas on a small job for the Kempsey location. Received a quote the same day and locked in a date the following day.

The works were completed to a very high standard and the installers kept myself updated throughout the works.

Service was excellent up until I paid my deposit; after that they were unresponsive, it took 3 calls and 2 voice messages to get a call back when I had concerns.
Quote included “furniture removal”; unfortunately this is where BMW Carpets really fail as they caused irreparable damage to my leather couch. Not only did they cause the damage but they accused me of lying about it. Still waiting on a resolution and an apology.
Product and installation of product was excellent BUT this was contracted out!
