On the counter there's a sign suggestion to leave a review, so here we go:
Returning customer, had got some low grade soil a few back, thought this would be a simple interaction to get some mulch delivered.
Rude, obnoxious, derogatory... the words to describe the interaction with the staff. For instance instead of being told the prices I was given a crusty pricelist (they werent busy there was no other customers), when I ask questions about their products they used a derogatory tone and laughed at the questions.
When I asked if this was the way they spoke to all their customers or just me, there was no self reflection. No apology.
Took my money elsewhere.
From taking to others after my experience, I've heard this is their general approach to customer service.
Turns out Mitre Ten in Macksville have the same stuff, at seemingly cheaper prices. Great knowledgeable, helpful staff, and fast service and delivery too.
