I was helped by Belinda in the photo processing section of the Echuca store on Sunday. What a star she is. Im a bit limited tech wise myself, but nothing was too much trouble for this girl-- friendly patient, and very helpful. I wish there were more staff like this in all retail premises. So Mr Harvey Norman, you have a great employee in Belinda. Belinda renewed my faith in shopping in-store. Take a bow Belinda, you're a star.

I'd just got off my work shift and I decided it was a great time for a good ol nap absolutely fantastic other than that sour Sally kicking me out🙂 will definitely be going back for more ripper naps, but will be more weary of Sally in the future. Great service otherwise I was uninterrupted in my nap.

Shopping for a new mattress was made easy with the help from Josh at the Echuca store. I also purchased a chair which was assembled in store before delivery . As promised delivery was next day with updates as to when truck was arriving. Delivery guys were fabulous also. THANKYOU for a hassle free shopping experience.

Absolutely incredible service, Matt was extremely kind and helpful. We were waiting for credit from a computer that had hardware issues, he and held the computer we wanted until it came through when they were low on them. He even invoiced it with the sale!

Gayle in appliances was particularly knowledgeable on the products I was looking at, Smeg oven for one, she was very helpful in getting me some glider shelf attachments for the oven racks, she was more than happy to go the extra yard which will make me go back again for this kind of service in the future. I also spoke to another staff member about my Dyson stick vacuum and her help was great also, I won’t need to go to Melbourne in future to buy these sort of products now that we have our own Harvey Norman store.
