I signed up  today for the first time for online purchases and I was having trouble doing it correctly .Melissa guided and helped me through my first purchase and actioned my coupon code ,that I was unable to do myself  .I just wanted to say thankyou to Melissa as I  appreciated her patience . It was my first time purchasing online and I am  not really tech savvy .

Apparently the staff don't like to ensure hungry kittens are fed before the 2 hour SDD cut off time. I went through 2 reps online - both passive aggressive and too lazy to do thier job, before calling and having the misfortune of dealing with an absolute half wit and vile girl who, instead of helping push my cart along, went through her "backend" to actively mark ALL the products in my cart as unavailable. All 3 girls I chat and spoke with went out of their way to make feeding my kittens impossible. But the last one was by far the worst. In the end, Gonzalo got it done, but not before Amelia, Alicia and then that most conniving, vindictive (to the detriment of kittens) and backward child ensured I couldn't purchase a single thing. We've spent 100s at your stores over many years but actively marking all products in my cart as unavailable even after being told it's for hungry kittens was the nail in the coffin for Petbarn and Green Cross.
