Pre called for crocs as apparently stock is low in most places. Easy to talk via phone and in store the same. Not the colour I wanted as chosen by my kids but happy with the outcome. First time shopping here and experience was good

My phone was seemingly playing up. The team assessed it, ran diagnostics and came up with nothing. Apparently phone was just having its own drama lol . Phone is working fine now... oh at ZERO cost! Thanks team. You are amazing.

Went to replace back glass of my iPhone..they completed the work but came up with issues with microphone..they fixed it as well added a screen protector at no cost..the customer service was exceptional

Noticed large improvement in staff helping they are always keen to help you with your items and put in the effort to find you the thing you where looking for, items are very high quality and plenty of options

Nice staff

The workers here once approached me 4 times in 10 minutes. I was afraid and ended up leaving. I get you’re trying to make sales and help but for people with anxiety it is a lot.

Staff were extremely rude, when I walked up to them for help, they finished their conversation and weren't helpful in the end. Told me I couldn't hold an item. No smile when walking in and seemed like they were trying avoid eye contact all together. Such a shame the people work there are creating a bad reputation for the store itself. Very displeased.
