Having just discovered BHM Home I am now a huge fan! The range is extensive and its great to see something different. Having made my first purchase, I was quick to order again as what arrived originally is exactly what you see on their website! WELL DONE

So happy with everything I have purchased. Such amazing quality (I have visited both Bali and India) so know what is around. Em gas great communication and from my experience is a great small business operator. I am in Victoria but will continue to be a loyal BHM customer

Em’s shop has a beautiful curation of vintage finds at reasonable prices in this market. I came back for a second bulky purchase two weeks after receiving the first beautiful mirror as her pieces are just amazing and so well priced. Shipping all the way from Perth to QLD took less than five days once shipped, and Em was gracious enough to offer some varying courier options while explaining the risks of going with the cheapest vs the recommended. I might add I too have two children under five and work also, so I do feel for a busy mum managing a business alongside the precious time with her littles with so many different lifestyle and business factors to consider and conduct. You have an amazing thing going and we would recommend you to anyone, and will surely be back for more.

I have had made multiple online orders via the BHM home website and have been very impressed with the variety and quality of homewares on offer as well as the wonderful customer service. The vintage Indian and Chinese home decor I bought really suit my style and the delivery was timely. This is by far one of my favourite online homeware stores to purchase from.

Em at bhm goes above and beyond to help you with all your questions and design needs . She really knows her stuff. Her attention to detail is incredible. Incredibly helpful with helping design my dining table and hair salon. Will definitely purchase more homewares in the future. Thanks 🙏

I placed two orders which quoted free shipping upon check out and payment. Em later sent a personal email asking me to deposit another $200 to her bank account cover delivery costs to process order. It didn’t make sense to pay almost 50% of the product cost in delivery charges and I requested to cancel the order. The delivery costs were not negotiable and I never heard back from Em about the requested cancellation or refund. She has $1260 of what I paid for the products that were never delivered YET to be refunded (on 23/03/23) although she says below the funds have been refunded. I am considering seeking legal action. In my experience, the costs are not transparent and communication & customer service are VERY poor. It took four emails, four text messages, a google review and a complaint to fair trading and ACCC to get a response from the owner, Em. She lacks business ethics. STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere where you might be valued.
